Escape to the beautiful Smoky Mountains at Rustic River Condo, located in Chalet Village just minutes from Ober Gatlinburg, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and downtown Gatlinburg. This cozy mountain vacation rental combines comfort, convenience, and tranquility, making it perfect for couples, families, or small groups looking to explore the area’s best attractions.

Relax in the peaceful setting of Buckberry Creek, best enjoyed from your private balcony, unwind by the stone wood-burning fireplace, or take a dip in the seasonal pool just steps from your door. Nestled near hiking trails, ski slopes, and the area’s top shopping and restaurants, this condo is ideal for both adventure and relaxation.

LIVING SPACES
Start your day with coffee on the balcony overlooking the creek or enjoy warm summer days by the pool. On cooler evenings, cozy up by the fireplace with a book or stream your favorite shows and movies with cable and popular streaming services. The living area offers comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the Smoky Mountains.

COOKING & DINING
The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, cookware, utensils, a microwave, toaster, and both a Keurig and traditional drip coffee maker. K-cups and a selection of teas are provided. The breakfast counter seats three, with additional seating for two at the charming log dining table. Chalet Village Market is within walking distance for any last-minute needs.

A communal charcoal grilling area is available on the ground level near the creek. Guests provide their own charcoal.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS & BATHROOM
The newly renovated master bedroom is designed with comfort in mind and features a luxurious Nectar mattress for an exceptional night’s sleep. Additional guests can use the queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The bathroom offers a tiled tub/shower combination, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, and soap, along with ample vanity storage.

GUEST ACCESS & ACCESSIBILITY
The condo features keyless entry, and your access code will be provided after booking.

IMPORTANT ACCESSIBILITY NOTE:
The condo is located on the pool level and requires navigating 16 stairs from the parking area to enter. There is no elevator, and the property may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

This was the perfect getaway for us! My nephew was able to sleep on the pull out couch and I slept in the bedroom. We loved the creek nearby and the soothing sounds as we sat out on the balcony.

We enjoyed our stay! Condo has everything that we needed and more! We were very pleased with the condo overall! Air hockey machine is not there but the arcade machine made up for it! The host responded back almost immediately lol ….. no complaints from us! We’ll be back very soon for another stay here!

This is a lovely accommodation for a small family. My husband, son and I were very comfortable with room to spread out and relax, especially after a busy day in the National Park or Gatlinburg. The condo was very clean and well maintained. It was nice to sit out on the balcony and listen to the stream and sounds of nature. The owner was very responsive, helpful and cordial. If we make it to thay area again, we would definitely consider staying again.

Wonderful place with fun amenities

We enjoyed our stay here in this rustic feeling condo! The air hockey and arcade machine as well as fireplace were a nice touch but even more so loved the signs about hiking as that is one of our favorites and the cozy table. Great location but be careful going up that road when icy (and down). Also it was a bit drafty near the outside well of the bedroom but the furnace heats it up quickly.

Family first time trip to Tennessee

Our family really enjoyed this property. Don't be fooled by the outside appearance, it does need some work and updates. The condo itself is very nice. We could've used some oven gloves and a pizza cutter. The games were a hit with my boys and the sound of the stream running through the property was very relaxing. The condo was clean,easy to find and a great place to get some rest.

Lovely base for visiting Gatlinburg

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were visiting Gatlinburg with our 4 year old for a few days. The property was very clean and comfortable with good amenities. The pool was very welcome after hot days out visiting the local area. We saw some bears in the area outside the balcony which was a great experience. It’s a short drive into Gatlinburg / pidgeon forge and up into the mountains. There was lots to see and do to occupy us during our 5 day stay. The owner responded to any queries quickly. Overall would recommend.

Nice getaway spot.

We enjoyed our little getaway at Rustic River condo. The host Laurie could not have been more responsive or kind. The outside was a little underwhelming but the unit itself was clean and nicely furnished the kitchen was well equipped the bed was nice and comfortable. Overall it was quite a cozy spot. The balcony with a view of the creek was relaxing and the unit was close to the nat. park and all the Gatlinburg attractions. We were quite please with our stay at this unit and would definitely stay here again.

Best location for what we had planned. Only about 10 min drive to smoky mountain national park, about 15 mins to Pigeon Forge, and only an hour and 10mins from Knoxville airport (TYS).We have already talked about coming back to this exact location in the future! And to top it off the back porch is perfect for sipping coffee and watching/listening to the creek during breakfast. It’s so great. Quit searching. This is the place for you!

Our family loves to hike the Great Smokey Mountains along with tube the rivers. We really enjoy the Gatlinburg area. We have sat outside and enjoyed watching the lighting bugs in the evenings. Along with watched the 4th of July parade which Gatlinburg has the FIRST 4th of July parade to take place in the USA it literally starts at midnight on 4 July but so well worth it.

We love staying where the mountains surround us and were we feel close enough to Gatlinburg to see the sights and eat at the restaurants but a little outside of the down town so we can enjoy the beautiful nature that draws us to the area.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our Property is unique due to the mountain stream running through the complex yes right through! We also love that the pool is close enough that we can literally walk out the door and be at the pool its great for our kids too. Its a cozy condo and makes us feel like we are camping in the beautiful mountains with all the amenities.
