I’d rate Sun Dream 10 stars if I could! The most incredible property with extremely well preserved ‘70s era interior architecture, thoughtful touches for guests, a fabulous hot tub, and located just a short walk from the beach. Will absolutely be back and recommending to all my friends!

Perfect for four

Easy, hassle-free, amazing location, great interior, peaceful back deck with views of golfers tee-ing off (but they don't really notice you at all).

Decent stay, could use improvements

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an ok stay here for 3 nights, but for the price I don’t feel it was worth it. The house is extremely outdated with carpet in every room (including bathrooms) that does not feel clean to walk on barefoot. The towels are very old and worn. There isn’t a bbq pit and there weren’t any cleaning supplies, there was also only one trash bag. The dishes/pans were all dirty. If we didn’t have someone in the area to bring us things we wouldn’t have had them. It’s missing the convenience items you find in most air bnbs, such as charging stations and some snack items. The pictures are also misleading with the privacy of the hot tub. There’s nothing private about it. The golf course is directly there with constant golfers teeing off in view of the hot tub, there’s also a house with windows in direct view of it from the other side.If the price were lower I would be okay with it, but knowing they’re making an absolute killing off this place and can’t provide very minor updates makes me not feel great about it. Additionally, we arrived on a very hot day and it would have been nice if the windows had been left open with fans going so it wasn’t 85 degrees in the house when we arrived. There are better options in town I would go with while the house is in its current state.

We are so sorry this home did not meet your expectations. Not every home is the right fit for the renter. That is why we love working directly with the renter to help them find what they are looking for. We will let the owner know of your recommendations of updating the towels. We apologize that you found some of the pans to be dirty. Had you reached out we would have sent housekeeping to handle that issue asap. We are local and here to handle any issues that may arise during your stay. We do list that the home as being on the golf course and the hot tub as "private", meaning not shared. We are sorry if this was confusing. We do our best to honestly advertise our homes with pictures and descriptions. All pictures show this is an older style home with carpet in all rooms. We are happy to help you find a home in the area that better fits your needs for your next stay in Manzanita.
