With breathtaking ocean views and luxury decor, this beachfront, 5 Bedroom, three-story home is the perfect beach getaway.

When entering the beach home, you will head up the stairs to the second level. On this floor, you will find a spacious and bright living room, dining area, and kitchen. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer absolutely stunning ocean views at all times of the day! The living room has a flat-screen TV and fireplace, perfect for relaxing and warming up after a fun day at the beach! The beautiful dining table offers seating for up to eight guests. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, sleek white countertops, and a Keurig coffee maker.

Just down the hallway are the first guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed and an additional seating area with a super comfortable sectional and a beautiful decorative wine wall.

On the third story are two additional guest bedrooms and the main bedroom. The main bedroom is elegantly furnished with a sitting area, a private balcony, a king-sized bed, and amazing ocean views. The large en-suite bathroom has a bathtub, walk-in closet, double vanity sinks, and walk-in closet! The second guest room has a queen-sized bed, and the third guest room has two twin beds.

Down on the first floor, you will find a private suite with a kitchenette, living area, bedroom, and en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has a king-sized bed.

Located in the highly desirable Silver Strand Community. This beachfront home is near local shops, restaurants, and more!

Great beach house and will be coming back! The moment we arrived, we were greeted with stunning ocean views and a beautifully maintained home that felt welcoming and relaxing. If you are a coffee drinker please note the coffee pot was missing its lid and the Keurig maker does not come with pods, so bring your own. The host was responsive to a few of our needs (did not have extra bedding accessible and the smoke alarm was malfunctioning). Check in and out was smooth and stress free. You can tell they really care about their guests' experience. Overall, this was one of the best vacation stays we've had. If you're looking for a peaceful, beautiful escape by the water, this beach house is perfect. We can't wait to come back.

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our annual family vacation. The home was beautiful, well kept and comfortable. Right on the beach with a perfect view of the ocean. Communication with the property manager was excellent prior to and throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property for a memorable family gathering.

Great Weekend!

Amazing time with a few other couples. House and location on the beach are incredible. Wish we were able to stay longer! Only slight critique is the couch on the main floor had a covering on it because it was dirty underneath. Would love to come back!

Peaceful family vacation is beautiful house!

My family stayed here for 4 night with 6 adults, 4 kids ages 5,4,1,1 and we literally never left once. The layout was perfect, the house was super clean and up to date. We loved the neutral vibe. The kitchen was fully stocked, we cooked, baked and we grilled on the wood pellet grill twice. Being right on the sand was amazing and because it was in a quiet community, there was literally no other people at the beach besides the locals walking their dogs. We definitely would recommend and would stay here again for a relaxing vacation!

Each family had their own "zone" yet there was plenty of space for us to gather as a group, too. This was just an outstanding experience for kids and adults alike with the beach and ocean right out our door. We had comfortable furnishings, the home was well equipped in a great location, and we received excellent service from the property manager when we couldn't locate kitchen towels or the vacuum. This was a 10 for us!

Bliss by the Beach

Stayed at this lovely beach home with friends and family for a relaxing and restorative weekend. This home met my high expectations. The kitchen was well appointed with utensils and pans to cook dinner and breakfast. The home is decorated beautifully with an in home surround sound connected to Alexa, which was a nice feature. The beach is the backyard! There were plenty of beach towels and beach chairs to accommodate at least 8 people (although our group was smaller)and a beach umbrella! We spent Saturday laying out and snoozing on the beach. If I have to give any notes to property management would be to add extra bath towels. Other than that, I can't wait for the opportunity to stay at Pura Vida again!

Right on the Beach

We had two children and four adults who stayed in the home. The children enjoyed the twin bed room and each of the adults enjoyed their own bedrooms. The house is updated with very modern features and upscale kitchen appliances. We were able to comfortably entertain visiting family. There were plenty of newer beach chairs, an umbrella and two boogie boards in the garage. There were some bicycles but we did not use them. There is a Keurig coffee maker. There is a large TV in the living area and one in the Master. There are lots of stairs and a higher step on/off the beach deck, There are also newer washer and dryer in the garage. The garage holds two cars and 4 cars can easily fit in the driveway. The rental company was very proactively communicative so we were able to check in at 3 with no problems.

Property was in general maintained, but outdoor furniture could use replaced. Indoor furnishings are high end but in need of deep cleaning as well as the floor. Overall we were very comfortable with our stay. Family of 10 were comfortable and each family unit (5 units)were able to have their own private space. Surroundings were peaceful, we felt safe day and night and beach was mildly active but quiet and private for most of our stay. Upstairs Master Suite.. incredible! Kitchen was used frequently.. pretty well stocked except no drinking pitchers or cookie sheets. Huge refrigerator and freezer with ample ice. Beds very comfortable. Enjoyed a relaxing environment with many sights of marine life viewed from balcony and beautiful ships to watch. Close to Beach Volleyball court and sand and beachfront well maintained. Great place for a young to growing family.. or for an adult get away.
