Beachfront

This Beautiful Beachfront 4-bedroom, 3-bath, 3-fireplace, beachfront home is on Mandalay Beach. It has unobstructed 360-degree views of the beach. You can walk out the door directly onto the sand. There is a local store and local brewery and two restaurants that are a short walk or bicycle ride away .
The Ventura 101 freeway is 5 minutes away. Going North on the 101 you will be in Ventura, Ojai or Santa Barbara in no time at all .Going south you will arrive in Camarillo, Thousand Oaks or Malibu in 30 minutes or less.

Downstairs we have a master bedroom with a king sized bed, hardwood floors and an attached tub/shower combination bathroom with tile flooring. The 2nd bedroom downstairs has a king sized bed hardwood floors and a deck overlooking the courtyard & Jacuzzi. The 3rd bedroom downstairs also has a king sized bed hardwood floors and a big screen T.V mounted on the wall. The 2nd Bathroom is also downstairs it has a tub/ shower combinational tile flooring and its location is just down the hall from the bedrooms and the kitchen & living space.
Downstairs is also where the Kitchen is. All stainless steel appliances and fully loaded with all the necessities of any home.

Upstairs is the master suite with an oceanfront deck also has a fireplace, celling fan and Big Screen T.V mounted on the wall. The upstairs bathroom has a jetted bathtub and a nice sized glass shower all tile flooring in bathroom .The bedroom has all hardwood floors with a king sized bed and an oceanfront library adjacent to the bedroom . The library has two twin beds to accommodate your guests.

The main living area on the 1st floor has a large 900 sq. ft. wood deck on the sand with an outdoor shower. This house includes a hot tub, Jacuzzi and an outdoor fire pit .

This home is very spacious and open with great Wi-Fi / Internet connections for all your zoom and business meetings.

Beautiful home leads to great memories

It was such a wonderful time. The family loved all the bikes and go carts. This house is perfect for kids and adults. From the fireplaces to the gorgeous 6 burner stove to the hot tub and the fire pit there was a lot to enjoy. The decor was something I aspire to. And the king beds were a perfect sleep. Robin our agent was helpful and an all around lovely person . We’re already talking about going back next year.

Heaven on earth

We love everything about this house. The wood deck is perfection and the white covered furniture is cozy and fresh. Wonderful kitchen. Well stocked garage full of bikes etc. Hosts could not be lovelier or more accommodating.

Perfect family vacay spot

Such a lovely home, including the set up out front. From the hammock, chairs and the sweet pirate ship, it was perfect. My family looks forward to a repeat stay. I would and have highly recommended this home. The management/owner was lovely to work with,. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

Amazing house with great toys!

This Beach House is just perfect for a family vacation. The kitchen is completely stocked with spices and helpful pans. Everything was in great shape. And you can’t beat their beach. Loved this trip and will definitely book it again

Great Place

This is a great place our family had the best time. Big rooms with comfy beds and the kitchen is awesome. We would totally recommended this to anyone that wants to stay literally right on the beach.

The house was just like the website described it. Beautiful spacious house. Everything we needed, it was so nice that bikes and water equipment was available. We had never rented a house before and couldn’t have been happier. We see ourselves coming back every summer.

Beyond excellent!

This is the perfect house to spend time with family. The beach is perfect and great for kids. We all had our own nice rooms, ordered food nightly, enjoyed coffee and the waves on the patio each morning. Completely amazing!

Stunning location

Th pics are spot on. The view is spectacular, house is beautiful and clean. Tons of toys from bikes to surf boards. Want a quiet relaxing vacation, this is the place!

Unbelievable home, beach and views!

What an incredible house. Everything you need is at your fingertips. The kitchen is phenomenal, beds so comfortable, and the views!!! We walked for miles along the empty beach looking for sea treasures, excited to see dolphins, an occasional seal, and birds of all kinds. We took a boat cruise to Anacapa Island and the dolphins chased along side our boat. So exciting...and the weather was perfect. The large deck on the sand was incredible. We made S'mores around the campfire as we gazed up at the stars and listened to the waves crashing on the shoreline. What a friendly community and a peaceful time away from our day to day lives. Thank you Scott for your hospitality. Our time was greatly needed.

Perfect family home

We loved our stay in your beautiful home. Waking up every morning to the fully remodeled kitchen and floor to ceiling windows made the start of each day perfect. The location right on the beach couldn’t be better for the little ones. There were lots of “toys” for small kids to adults. The view from the upstairs master suite was stunning. On the counter, when we arrived, was a bottle of wine with a note from Scott welcoming us. Made us feel as if we were staying at the home of a friend. And so nice of Becky to check in with us during the week to make sure everything was fine. This was our second stay and we hope to make it our annual family reunion.

Dolphin Beach.

Beautiful home with all the amenities.

This house had it all and was in a beautiful quiet location to boot. They made it easy and were available if you had any questions or concerns. Prompt with the refund of the deposit too. No hassles. Super comfortable beds.

A piece of paradise

The house was really beautiful, very clean, the bed was really comfy. We enjoy having meal while looking at the beach. Warm our self up in the spa when it was a bit cold outside. The beach beautiful and we even saw a sealion. It is close to many restaurant and to the Channel's islands cruzes. The only things the beach is to treachery to be swimmable without a surf board but if you got up higher on the beach with in bike about 15 min you will be able to go swim and the 2 places surrey cart wasn't in working but the four places one was fine. Overall we would renew our experience and really enjoy ourself. For people with disabilities and having trouble with stairs and long walk. The house is right on the beach and not far from the waters, there are bathrooms and bedrooms on the main floor witht having to climb stairs. There are just a few easy steps to manage if you want to go in the back yard. Which is really hard to find !

PRICELESS LOCATION - AMAZING VIEW

Our stay at your lovely beach house could not have been better: the well appointed home, the "feels like a private beach" location, and the breathtaking views! We have rented several VRBO homes before, and were so pleased with the ease of the entire transaction, your quick response when we had a question, and the prompt return of our security deposit... it was all great. My only reservation about leaving an A+ review... it might make it harder to book for next year. We'll be back! Thank you Scott.

great family beach rental

We had tw0 families with 5 kids total 4-8 yo. This is our second year at the property. We will be back again. The place has all the toys you need including wetsuits. No real complaints. If I could come up with one is the check out time is a little to early. Other than that you won't find a place like this especially with the wood deck on the sand!!! we will be back every year!!

Beyond description

This was the best vacation my family has had in years! The house location was breathtaking, and no derail was unattended. We could have stayed for months and are already planning a return trip. Pictures don't do it justice!

Beautiful Beach House

Wish we could have stayed longer. The house was beautiful, great kitchen, great view from downstairs and master bedroom. Could wake up in the morning and walk on to the beach, was awesome! My wife and I slept with the balcony sliding glass door open. Went to sleep with the sound of the ocean and woke up to the same sound. The garage also has a great selection of equipment, but we did not have a chance to use it. Used the outside spa, which was a good temperature and easy to use. Only issues we had were with the upstairs TV, wifi, and bathtub, but these didn't negatively impact our trip. Couldn't get the upstairs TV to work the second night. We were able to connect to wifi, but could not browse and use internet or phone if we were connected. Also, my wife tried to use the bathtub but could not get enough hot water to fill the tub.

Winter Break

My friend rented a house on the Silverstrand for her husband's 50th birthday, at the last minute we decided we wanted to rent a house on the beach too...I found a house two houses away from my friend, but after a second look we found Scott's property...we were blown away at the pictures, they were beautiful. We were lucky enough to get the house, we did not care that it was further away. This house is warm, inviting, tastefully decorated, stocked with everthing you need and the ocean view is AMAZING!! To top all of that off, Scott is more than accommodating. My daughter recently returned from Afghanistan, she is stationed in Italy and will be coming home next month. I want to take her and my granddaughter there for a weekend. Thanks Scott for the memories.

Unbelievable Beach House!

We have stayed at a few beach houses for a mini-vaca with family over the last few years. This one is best by far! Very clean, spacious, comfortable, fun, and beautiful. Love the glass wall / doors. Master is to awesome - we had to draw straws for that one! A lot of beach houses seem to be run down but not this one - highly recommend and will hopefully return next year. Thank You Scott!

Great Kickoff to Summer

This house was amazing. Beautifully decorated yet comfortable and relaxed. They thought of everything. Toys galore and the pirate park 3 blocks away was a huge hit with the kids. Jacuzzi was HOT and everything worked as it should. Quite neighborhood and very private beach. 100% satisfied.

This house is in a quiet beach community that is very quiet and safe. There is a Huge Farmers market open every sunday just down the street a real treat for all locals.
The Ventura 101 freeway is 5 minutes away .Heading North on the 101 you will arrive to Ventura, Ojai and Santa Barbara in no time.Heading South on the 101 you will arrive into Camarillo, Thousand Oaks and Malibu in a very short amount of time.
