We loved it!! Very clean and beautiful house! Also loved how close the beach is! Only complaint would be the shower heads are not very strong and the kitchen sink had zero hot water!

The stay was excellent. Only down fall was not enough towels, beach towels, and bedding. It was just enough bedding for each bed, bath towels were limited and there were no beach towels.

We provide a complete set of linens for every bed, and we stock bath towels at 1.5 times the home's maximum occupancy to accommodate our guests. Beach towels are not provided, so we recommend guests bring their own for beach use. We appreciate your feedback and will continue looking for ways to improve the guest experience. Very cozy, homelike atmosphere!! Short walk to the beach and having the boardwalk was great!!

Beautiful house

The Hive was clean, decorated to the tee, just beautiful. We had everything needed to have an amazing vacation. It was very close to the beach, the lagoon, and many restaurants. We have runners in our family, it was perfect for that as well. Can’t leave out the host staff who was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend, would love to visit again!

Amazing stay! Highly recommend!

Great location, very well kept property! We had an amazing week in gulf shores. The Hive has an easy, close access to the beach, pool and hot tub steps from home. Bedrooms and bathrooms- all great! Plenty of room for all of us ages 6-68. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Girls Trip

We absolutely loved staying here for annual mother/daughter trip. Each mom/ daughter had their own room and bathroom. We highly recommend it. It is a short walk to the beach!

We enjoyed our stay so much in December, that we decided to visit gulf shores again in this house. We were NOT disappointed.

Great Stay at The Hive Cottage

This was our first visit to Gulf Shores, and we could not have asked for a better place to spend our vacation than at The Hive. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and pool/hot tub. The whole house was enjoyable, from the comfortable beds to being well-stocked with everything you need, even games for game night. The next time we visit Gulf Shores, we'll definitely stay at The Hive!

Family Friendly

Perfect property for our family vacation - Close to the beach with pool access and had everything we could ask for. Management company very responsive and helpful. Definitely will recommend to others.

The property was very clean and felt like a proper beach home. The location along West Beach Blvd was absolutely perfect and made for a very short walk to the beach, and quick 5 minute drives to some of the popular restaurant options. There were plenty of beach chairs and a beach wagon to help carry all of our items each day. The Hive had plenty of room to fit the 7 adults and 2 babies that we traveled with and we can’t wait to come back.

This home was wonderful. It was clean and very comfortable for our family. Thr kitchen was well stocke. It was short walk to the beach and the beach wagon. Chairs, and the toys were a great addition. And the honey was a sweet delicious treat.The pool and hot tub were at best lukewarm. But was told they are going to be making improvements to the system. Over all it was a great place to stay and will stay again.

The Hive

The Hive was a perfect setting for our extended family vacation in Gulf Shores! It was clean, well organized, and decorated tastefully. We only had a short walk to the beach, and one of the pools was steps away! We appreciate all the extra touches, such as chairs and floats for the beach. We wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Perfect

Perfect location and amazing amenities. We didn’t find any sand toys for the kids so we purchased some and left for the next guests. The beach cart was so helpful!

Beautiful Rental

This home was very nice, clean, good location and easy to find. It had everything you would need in a beach vacation, plenty of beach towels, toys, wagon to pull all the beach things including umbrellas and chairs. It is beautifully furnished with lots of items in the kitchen you would need. I can't say enough good things about it.

Amazing

We stayed 5 nights, and wish we would have booked it for longer. Our group was two families of 4. We all loved every aspect of The Hive. The house was very well appointed. It had everything we needed, including games/puzzles for the rainy times. The Kaiser property group toiletries and cleaning supplies were very appreciated. We hope we can come back some day.

Snow Birds New to Gulf Shores

We had a great time and the cottage was extremely nice and clean. The cottage is in a perfect location and we jotted just across the street every night to see the beautiful sunsets! The beach chairs the owners provided were a highlight as well! We didn't have to worry about making extra space in the car for the drive down. Highly recommend renting this place because we could tell the owners took lots of time and care into making the cottage a home away from home. Thanks so much, we want to come back again!

Everything was great until…

Everything was great until the neighbors next door lit up their marijuana. That alone takes away from this being a family friendly neighborhood. Who wants to smell skunk while sitting on the patio?

Fall Break Getaway!

Our stay was wonderful! I stayed with my daughter, her husband, and her two children. The beach this time of year was sunny, the water was clear, and it was very neat to see the dolphins. The Hive was in perfect proximity to the beach, and it was very nice to have a bathroom next to the beach so we didn’t have to constantly walk back and forth. The beach wagon the Guenthers provided made it so easy to carry the chairs they also provided and our beach stuff. The beds were comfortable! My granddaughter loved the books they had available, and I enjoyed them myself. The booklet they had was nice to look through and gave great recommendations on places to eat, which was nice since we are new to the Gulf Shores area. Being a brand-new unit, I could tell everything was stocked well, very clean, and well thought out. We look forward to booking our next stay soon!

I know the surf is wonderful, but everyone enjoys a little afternoon relaxation by the pool to wind down. Best trip to Gulf Shores

We come to Gulf Shores every summer for a week with our friends. In 8 years, this was our first time not in a high rise condo directly on the beach. We weren’t sure if we would like it, but we loved it. Excellent access to the beach. It was so nice being able to park 3 cars under the condo and still have room for all our wagons and beach gear. We loved the outdoor shower and hose. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. We all wanted to know where the couches came from. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bedrooms are very spacious. Definitely a wonderful place to stay with multiple families.
