Providing a warm and comfortable stay for its guests, Hermes Haven has four bedrooms upstairs including a private studio. The primary with a king bed is light and bright, spacious closet, and a reading chair. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, the third bedroom features two twin beds. The fourth bedroom includes a private bathroom and kitchenette with a king bed. The studio room is attached with access from inside or outside. The upstairs bedroom's share a full size bathroom, with a relaxing soaking tub and a heated ToTo bidet toilet. The laundry room is conveniently at the end of the hall with a perch top view.

The entryway has a small library, wood floors lead upstairs to the bedrooms. The entry opens up to the living space with a full-size piano for you to enjoy. Two french doors extend the living space outside to the patio area to enjoy the fabulous San Diego weather. The kitchen can accommodate the largest Thanksgiving feast, gorgeously remodeled, and is the heart of this home. Fully stocked and ready for any family meal. The kitchen is open to the living space and dining room with a corner built-in office space. The kitchen windows open to provide pass-through for convenient outdoor eating.

The backyard includes a seating area with gas fireplace, old-school barrel hot tub, 8-seat patio table, BBQ, basketball half-court, ping-pong table and ample garden seating areas. Plenty of space to store the surfboards and roam the landscape. A private oasis with many beautiful flowering plants, fruit trees and walking path for serenity.

A short five minutes to the beach, downtown Encinitas and easy freeway access. Nearest beach is the locals favorite Beacon's Beach. And there is so many amazing unique local restaurants to enjoy.
