Beautiful Bayside Townhouse 4 BR/3.5BA

Our bayside end unit townhouse on 26th street is the perfect place for your family's summer vacation in Ocean City! The huge living room is perfect for relaxing. It has a flat, wide screen smart television with cable.

This room has a sectional sofa with chaise and a ceiling fan. Step out onto the balcony for a beautiful view of the bay. The dining area has a large dining table and breakfast bar. The large kitchen is fully equipped with a Keuriq, blender, coffee pot, toaster, microwave and much more.

The Master Bedroom has a queen bed, a ceiling fan, and a smart television. A door to the private balcony offers an excellent view of the bay. The Master Bathroom has a huge tile shower. Bedroom No. 2 has a set of twin bunk beds that are perfect for your little surfers. There is a flat screen television in this room. Bedroom No. 3 has a full size bed, and a flat screen television. All three bedrooms have huge closets. Bedroom No. 4 has a queen size bed with a flat screen television and ceiling fan. This bedroom has it's own private full bathroom.

The 1.5 car garage is the perfect spot for those sandy beach chairs, toys, fishing rods and even bikes. There is a refrigerator and freezer in the garage, which is perfect for loading and unloading the cooler after a long day at the beach! There is a private parking lot plus additional off street parking. 26th Street is a dead end street, so there is minimal thru traffic. Plus fishing is permitted at the end of the street.

Why are you going to love staying at our beach townhouse as much as we do?

Not only is it beautiful, comfortable and kid friendly it is incredibly convenient. It is just a short walk to the beach. Jolly Rogers Amusement Park, Waterpark and Speed World are just 3 blocks away. Fish Tales Restaurant is a short 3 block walk, too. You can walk across the street to the boardwalk and take the tram to the inlet.

Happy Jacks Pancake House and Dunkin Donuts are on 26th street . There is a 7-11, Pizza Hut, Candy Kitchen, Fractured Prune (make your own donuts!), Sunsations, Salty Dog Bar & Restaurant, Pit N Pub all with within 2 blocks. There are at least 4 miniature golf courses within 2 blocks. There is so much more to see and do in Ocean City, but this is all right in the backyard. You are a 15 minute drive from the Casino and Race track.

We hope you bring your family to our townhouse for your summer vacation and enjoy it is as much as our family does!

Great Place

Perfect place to fit a larger group! Nice view of the bay and super close to the beach with a lot of great food and attractions nearby. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great property for families

The house is in a relatively quiet neighborhood on the bay side, which is great for families visiting Ocean City. Good fishing for the kids is right outside, and the beach is not a difficult walk (recommend folks bring a beach cart). The accommodations were clean and great for our family (six adults, two young kids). The two porches were great, but a couple of the chairs were broken. Also, flatware was sparse; we picked up some disposable utensils to cover what we needed. Overall, the property served our needs well.

What a lovely place to stay in Ocean City! We had 6 adults and one teenager, and we had plenty of room. With 3 queen beds and a pair of twins, everyone had a comfy spot to sleep. Each of the queen bedrooms also had a ceiling fan. The open main level was our hub with a very cushy sectional couch that was perfect for multiple people napping at once, a dining table where we all played games together, and a well-equipped kitchen. I especially liked the beautiful custom painted art of the sand dunes and the heron. The garage was the pleasant surprise. Not only was it convenient to park in to get out of the heat, but it was extra spacious, allowing room for a car AND all our beach gear and more. We didn’t end up needing the extra full-size refrigerator/freezer this time, but it is a nice amenity. The beach and boardwalk was a short 3-block walk away. And best of all, our host, Allan, was kind and quick to respond to all inquiries.

Bike Week Fun

Very nice house, worked out great for the four of us with two master baths. Garage was handy for our motorcycles. Location was convenient to restaurants, catching the bus or getting out of town for a ride.

Great Experience

The listing was accurate and the stay was fantastic. We have a large family and everyone had their own space which was nice. It's close to the beach and the boardwalk and we walked there everyday. It's centrally located so it was close to restaurants and other activities and was easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and very roomy

Very nice place. Plenty of room and it was great to have a garage to keep the motorcycles in. Housekeeping could have done a bit better, but all and all it was very nice.

Great location, clean, lots of room!

Great location where you can walk to everything, but it's also very quiet because it is on a side street on the bay side. Short 3 block walk to the beach and boardwalk. The house is very updated and clean with hardwood floors on the main floor with the living room and kitchen. Nice couch and television with cable. Wifi works well. Easy access to house via code so no need to pick up or drop off keys. Garage provides area to store bikes and beach things - also has a hose to wash things off. There are also various things in the garage to use such as a beach cart. Fridge in garage as well. The kitchen is well stocked with flatware, plates and cups. There are also many things that have been collected over time such as detergent and various soaps. You do not need to bring any additional kitchen things to be able to cook. Must bring your own sheets and bath towels. There are bedspreads and blankets. For kids, there are a bunch of toys in the kids room closet and also a pack n' play. If you have a small child, you may want to bring a portable gate - there is a stairway to the basement in the main living room area. Overall great stay and would come again!

Beautiful condo in quiet area with bayview that is close to everything.

Beautiful condo with lots of room to spread out. Three blocks from the beach in quiet area with views of the bay from the balcony and close to everything. Very nice rental. Garage with refrigerator and hose a huge plus for beach goers. Would definitely rent again.

No response from owner

We stayed at this unit in mid-July. Upon arrival (Saturday) the upper floor was warm and we found that the HVAC unit for that level was not working. I reported this problem to the owner. We didn’t hear further from him so I called on Sunday and he said HVAC folks would be onsite Monday morning. Temperatures were in the 90’s both nights and it was rough sleeping. The problem turned out to be an electrical issue. A temporary fix was made Monday morning by disconnecting the kitchen range and using that circuit to power the HVAC. The range was available to us only one day during our stay. I requested a reasonable accommodation to offset this discomfort and inconvenience. No response from the owner. Since there was no response I contacted VRBO and filed a complaint. That was forwarded to him in early August and there has been no response.

Very nice location

The townhouse suited me and my extended family very well. There was plenty of space for all 8 of us as well. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of items that made cooking a lot of meals very simple. The location was the best part since a lot of things were within walking distance, and the beach was 2 blocks away. The inlet was 2 miles down Coastal Highway, so a doable walk on the boardwalk or a short drive to the parking lots. There wasn't any bedding (sheets), pillowcases, or towels so make sure you bring them with you, or you can always go to the Super Wal-Mart that's about 5 miles away. We did that for a lot of our groceries and other items that we needed during our stay. There was 2 kids bikes, 2 boogie boards, 1 beach chair, and a beach cart available in the garage that we used a lot. Overall we were very satisfied with the house. The communication was the only issue I had. Initial contact was excellent, but then I didn't get a response via text or email for additional questions that we had.
