PLEASE NOTE: The beach in front of the house is not private. We share the beach. Wake up to the sound of the ocean in this beautiful beachfront home with all the amenities! Perfect for family rental or extended stay for graduate students and faculty of local universities (Yale, Southern CT State University, Quinnipiac University). All the amenities you could ask for in this updated ocean view home: central heat and air-conditioning, high speed internet and wifi, cable TV, three bedrooms, 1 ½ baths and additional outside shower, gas grill on the patio, porch overlooking Long Island Sound and the beach front. The grand room on the first floor has large picture windows for an unmatched panoramic views of Long Island Sound. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Don't worry, we've got everything you need for a lobster cookout too!

Upstairs, the master bedroom is large, with a king size bed and plenty of room for a crib or Pack and Play. It even has a balcony that overlooks the sea. The other bedrooms are perfect for the kids, one has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds.

The beautiful ocean view, updated amenities, and comfortable living space are captured in the photos, but it’s best to come experience it for yourself, or ask someone that’s stayed here. This beach side getaway is in a fantastic neighborhood, close to downtown. We even have beach toys for the kids!
