One assigned parking space is available, with vehicle size restrictions in place. To maintain a peaceful and family-friendly atmosphere, we exclusively rent on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis to family groups only. Regrettably, pets are not allowed, and smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in the unit, on balconies, or within the condo premises.
