Islander 4007

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo in a nice location, pool size is exceptional and the absolute best in the area compared to other units in Fort Walton and well maintained. Beach access very short distance from Condo with exceptional decking. Plenty of great restaurants nearby on same street (Loved Stewby's Steamer & Market and AJ's Oyster Shanty). Actual room location was very close to elevators. Unit was clean and orderly and was also a plus getting to enter unit with early check-in time. Only issue we noticed was if you have very young children, be aware the large dining room table is a glass top that is nearly invisible to young ones trotting around the room. We moved the kitchen chairs to block the 4 corners so no mishaps occurred. One other mild thing was the heavy concrete coffee table in the living room area that would be difficult to slide out of the way if the sofa bed was needed. Beds were very comfortable and slept well. Interior decorated nice for a calm atmosphere. Very much enjoyed the included pair of beach chairs and umbrella at the waters edge. Plenty of parking was available every day of stay.We enjoyed our stay at this unit with no issues. Also liked the informational Mobile App with everything one would need to know about your stay and departure. Excellent communication via text and email.

Great place to stay

The condo was clean and had a wonderful view. The staff was friendly and the included beach chairs were comfortable. The only complaint is we went in April and the pool heater had already been turned off so the water was cold, but other than that a great place to stay. Would stay there again

This was a great room as it was located right by the elevator and had a great centralized view of the beach/pool. The beds were comfy. The beach equipment in the room was convenient for the kids. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Overall, it was a great stay and a great room. I would recommend!

Enjoyable

Condo was very clean. Perfect size for two couples. Location was great. Beach was beautiful as always. We normally stay in the Miramar Beach area but this was much less crowded. Until next year!
