Beautiful view of the Gulf. The unit and property were very clean. We loved our stay. The host quickly provided linens for the fold out couch when I notified they were not in the unit. Highly recommend.

2025 vacay

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo. We spent more time in the condo than ever due to weather this year and had everything we needed to have a great time. We would enjoy staying here again!

Great Girls weekend stay

Super comfy and great location. Great beach access and love having beach chairs and umbrella. Would love to have notes on where to eat in Okaloosa. We enjoyed Old Bay Steamer--great food. Would stay again.

The room was clean and well stocked. The views were beautiful. Communication was good and our questions were answered quickly! There was plenty of seating on the balcony for great views.

We have stayed in this unit a few times now and each time have been pleased.

Brooks and Shorey Resorts do not disappoint!

Communication with this management group is alwayas amazing —called us once condo was ready so we could check in early and checked on us during our stay. The condo was exactly as described and shown in pictures. I've been renting from Brooks and Shorey Resorts for several years and will continue to do so.

Destin 2024

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The dish washer was not working (error code on display panel) and it had a bad odor. Also one of the table chair legs is loose and may break if unaware when sitting in it.

Islander condo

condo was dated but overall was okay. Frig and oven were not level. Screen door needed replacing. but location is lovely!! tv was not working when we first arrived but property manager responded immediately and got our problem solved.

Okaloosa Island Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo as a whole is fine. A few basics are missing from the kitchen (a pitcher, for instance), the balcony furniture cushions are worn out and stained, cushions in the dining chairs are flat, and the TV in the master bedroom will only play one channel. Minor things that should be addressed, but didn't keep us from enjoying our week at the beach.
