Our stay was nothing short of fantastic! Communication was plentiful and began the moment I booked the penthouse. The rooms were incredibly clean. They aren't kidding about the view, it's perfect! Proximity to the beach or the pool couldn't be better. It was the perfect accommodation for this midwestern family.

Perfect Getaway

We loved our stay! Beautiful ocean view! Saw dolphins from our balcony and several occasions during our visit. Loved the place and can't wait to be back!

We had a wonderful visit to Fort Walton Beach. The condo was great - perfect for our family of 7. Quiet resort, helpful staff, and lovely condo - we would definitely return to this resort and condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was perfect, large spacious and clean with brand new furniture and appliances. The view of the ocean was incredible. You had exceptional views from the living room, kitchen, and even while laying in bed! There is a huge double wide balcony with plenty of seating. Top floor views! The stove, fridge, microwave, washer &dryer were all full sized, new and easy to use! I don't think you'll find a better room in all of Destin!

Love a Pelican ❤️

My sisters and I have spent time at Pelicans Isle for 3 or 4 years. We return because the view is beautiful. It is easy and relaxing to negotiate the property. A very short walk to the beach with lovely chairs to sit in. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. On our drive home we plan for the next visit. So we plan to visit pelican Island again next fall. Thank you so much for a lovely venue for us to get together.

It was very clean and had great sized bathrooms & overall a very large v ck o do compared to some we’ve stayed before. Liked that it was at the end of the condo row on the island do also quieter than some. Great trip!!

The view was great. The location was great for families who don't want to be right on the boardwalk.
