We are sorry that you had a delay getting into your room on the day of arrival, check in starts at 4 and can go as late as 6pm. We do apologize for the missed can in room. As far as the broom it may have been broken and removed from the unit and had not been replaced yet or removed by owner. We apologize for the inconvenience.
