Needs some uogrades

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have always loved the summerlin the location the beach not being crowded we found this particular unit really outdated and in need of maintenance in several areas and although it seemed clean I found a used diaper near the curtains in master which made me believe the whole room and not been vacuumed

Relaxing

I loved the location, beaches were not crowded. It was very relaxing. The condo was cozy and perfect for the three of us. I loved the simplicity of it and it was very clean. The perks were great.

Spectacular!

This was the best condo we have stayed at! The view was beautiful, just like the pictures! It was very spacious, check in and and check out was so easy! The pool was clean and clear! We will definitely be back!

Huge porch! We had a great time.

We had many meals on the porch and enjoyed our stay! Comfortable beds and great view! Probably time for new living room furniture. But we loved our time.

Great beach rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great views comfortable furnishings good kitchen and laundry equipment beach lounges and umbrella make this a n enjoyable place. Location is perfect as the area is not huge high rises making the beach uncrowded. The place could use an upgrade to the carpet but certainly not a deal breaker.

Plenty of towels, unit was clean, view from the balcony was perfect, and we were close to everything. Mobile check-out was very convenient and keypad made for easy access. Compared to a unit we’ve stayed in prior 303 is a little outdated as far as the furniture and the carpet throughout. I’d recommend bringing extra blankets as only one was provided.

3rd time at Summerlin

Foul smell coming from laundry room and the dining table had a soon to be broken leg and one of the chairs did have a broken leg.

Okaloosa vacation!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay on okaloosa island. The view from our balcony was spectacular!!! Loved the natural sand dunes, gave us a feeling of what the beaches were like before condos. Our favorite part was use of the beach chairs and umbrellas. Made us stay and enjoy the beach longer. Saw Dolphins every day! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Made check in easy. Recommending to all our friends and family as a must visit!!

Nice Condo

Reviewer Comments: we really enjoyed our stay and the condo met all our needs perfectly!!! bedroom separation was perfect also. loved being able to sit on balcony each morning.the only issue we had was due to all the rain from Hurricane Nate; water started coming in at the balcony entrance to the living room, but that's about it. may want to check that out, otherwise, we loved it and will definitely look into staying there next time we decide to vacation in that area.

Needs updating

Reviewer Comments: We love this location, but the unit is in need of a makeover. heater quit, toilet in Mb rocks, king bed is very uncomfortable, living room furniture is worn out. Unit is spacious and convenient, so we hope it will be renovated soon.
