The entire Cabin and it`s amenities are included, please make yourself at home! You will have easy access with a keypad for self check-in.

The garage space, storage unit and shed are closed and will not be available for your use.

Please let me know if there is anything you need. It is my goal that this space be an escape and retreat for you however I am available at all times for emergencies and during standard hours to answer and resolve any non-emergency issues.

It is extremely helpful to have good contact information available for a member of your party in the event I need to contact you due to issue resolution etc.

The Camp is located in a peaceful & quiet community.
All guests staying at Little Buck Camp must be considerate of others in the neighboring area. Noise disturbances will not be tolerated.(quiet hours are between 10pm-7am).
Be considerate of the shared roadways and private driveways. Refrain from driving that could cause damage to the roads.
**If damage is discovered additional fees will be enforced

Please note that the dock has been removed for winter 2025/2026

Extra guest fees will be charged if more than noted guests stay the night as cleaning/laundry costs go up

NO PARTIES, please connect regarding larger group stays to insure compliance

Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please dispose of butts responsibly OUTDOORS (if debris is found, and cleaned up by our crew, guest will be charged accordingly)

Please remove shoes when you enter the cabin

Dogs are welcome for an additional $50 fee up to 2 dogs in the cabin. Please send an inquiry to make arrangements. Unregistered dogs will we assess the standard fee + an additional $50 registration fee

We love having your entire group stay including the kids so please be be aware of safety around the lake as well as some cleaning supplies under each of the sinks & in the laundry room

Please remove shoes when you enter the cabin leave by the front door.
Use only firewood that is provided or firewood you purchase. ABSOLUTELY NO cutting of firewood on the property or adjacent properties is allowed. No burning of trash or any other materials besides firewood. Keep all outdoor fires within the fire ring and no more than five feet tall.
CLEAN UP thoroughly after any fish or game cleaning activities. Absolutely no fish or game disposal in the trash cans or in the Little Buck Camp property - Please cooperate with this as it draws in unwanted animal activity that can be extremely destructive. A $200 fee will be charged for any evidence of breach of this rule.
Dogs are welcome for an additional fee up to two dogs with approval. Please send an inquiry to make arrangements. Dogs staying with you without prior notification will we assess the standard fee + an additional $50 registration fee - Please restrict dogs to the main living area, do not allow in the bedroom or game room
Dogs must be kenneled when they are left alone inside the cabin, we can provide a kennel(s) if needed but please provide your own if possible
Please clean up thoroughly after your dogs, any dog feces found and cleaned up by our cleaning crew will assess an additional $50 fee per incident. - Clean up or repair of waste or damage inside the house will incur fees based on the cost of repair or remediation
Be attentive to your pets when they are outdoors. There is an abundance of wildlife in the area. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for injury or loss due to inattentiveness of pet owners or interaction of pets with wildlife or the natural environment.
Guests interested in booking longer than two weeks will be required to allow our cleaners to access and clean the cabin, at your expense, every two weeks for the duration of your stay. Schedule for cleaning can be discussed and a mutually agreeable time selected.
