This "Up North Retreat" with a modern twist welcomes you for any occasion and offers an open concept floor plan that is perfect for entertaining. Plenty of space to relax and take in the views from the lakeside sun room. The views from the lakeside sun room are unmatched as you stare across the lake to an undeveloped landscape. Landscaped firepit near water's edge to sit around and enjoy cool summer evenings. Level approach to the lake with sandy frontage is suitable for all ages! The yard is perfect for games and entertainment for the whole family. Included for your personal enjoyment are a two person kayak, single kayak, lilly pad, bag toss and don't forget our pickleball court. Long Lake is a fantastic body of water that is full recreation and offers great fishing and swimming. Enjoy the luxury of driving your boat to dinner with a variety of restaurants to choose from. Bring your UTV/ATV's and hit the trails from our driveway and in the winter bring your snowmobiles and hit the trails that are located directly in front of the cabin on the lake.

What a wonderful property! For my son's high school graduation he got to bring a few friends on our annual trip to the Lake. This property was perfect for our group. Very clean, loved the all seasons / screened in porch, the property manager was great to work with, great dock to accommodate rental boat and for fishing...this property was a 10/10 and perfect for making memories that will last a lifetime!

A nice place right on the lake. excellent dock and outdoor area. bedrooms located lower level and can be quite cold even in middle of summer. kitchen area is snug but has all the things needed to cook meals. they really thought of everything.

MEA Get Away

The place is located right on the lake with a beautiful view from the 3-season porch (awesome 4 panel patio door that opens up to the porch). Nice neighborhood with people walking the roads enjoying nature. Plenty of seating inside and outside, towels, linens, kitchen appliances, coffee makers and everything else you'd need for an enjoyable stay.

Perfect week

We couldn’t have asked for anything more A perfect week with family Fishing, boating, grilling, laughing all together This place offers so much for all ages Enjoyed watching the kids catch fish at the end of the dock while sitting around the fire with cocktails. Watching the Bald Eagles go from pine tree to pine tree was a great sight to see. Will definitely try and stay again

Cottage on Long Lake

My Husband and I brought our youngest son and his girl friend for the week. Sunny and boating. Fishing not so good this trip. We had a blast. Will be back! Cozy cozy!

Great Lake Home

House was very clean on arrival and everything was as described in the listing. Extremely well stocked home with all that you need (and more!) including toiletries, cleaning supplies, cooking utensils, fire pit, grill, hammock, kayaks, etc, etc. Overall one of the best supplied homes we have rented and all was in great condition. Screen porch, dock and outdoor seating was ideal with the lake front view.

Thank you for leaving us a review. I apologize about the squeaky floors on the main level- it is an older cabin that has been completely renovated. The owners wanted to keep the original hardwood floors. They look beautiful but in return do squeak. We hope you come back again!

Last Chance Fall Getaway

Really enjoyed this place in Fall! Opposite side of lake has little to no cabins, so perfect, quiet view. Appreciated the wider dock. Able to comfortably hang out and fish with kids without tripping over each other. Beautiful views from inside too. Strong attention to detail inside with seasonal themed decor, well stocked kitchen/bath, and fun stuff for the kids like smores kit and plenty of games and activities. Although we didnt use them, appreciated the extra towels and supplies like sunscreen, bug spray, etc. I would say owners put in more effort than most to clearly create that resort/getaway feel. Grill and fire table were in great, working condition too. Although we didnt use it much, the four season porch is a great add on. When warmer, I think really opens up the main level. Would stay here again for sure.

Clean

We thought the worst part was the cleanliness of the property. The floors were dusty. The furniture hadn't been moved and cleaned under for a long time. The refrigerator was never deep cleaned. Under the kitchen sink was filthy, smelled really bad, water was leaking under sink. Found 2 mice sticky traps with dead mice in them, one trap had 4 decomposed mice had been there a long time this was by the furnace. I also would have hardwood or laminate flooring in the basement. Way , way too many different light switches. We have stayed in 25 plus VRBO or Airbnb properties You can see we rated many things very high about this property. We are giving this feedback for the owners so they have 5 stars on everything. Location was unbelievable!!! The property outside was outstanding many things to do.

Cleanliness is the highest priority for us at our property. We appreciate the constructive criticism and will make sure the property is cleaned more thorough for our next guests. We do apologize you felt areas of the cabin were not cleaned well enough.

CJ was very responsive when asking a question. Made us aware of a day the owners were coming to drop off a kayak. Lake was great but busy due to Holiday. We loved the screen porch and not having to deal with bugs. All bedrooms are downstairs in case anyone cant do stairs. We did see one review about how cold it gets downstairs. Brought blankets but also just turned the a/c up at night. We felt like the owners thought of everything. Great place and quiet during beginning of the week.
