The Unit itself was amazing, had a dryer and washer in the unit was definitely a plus. Also within walking distance of Kona's shops which was nice, especially since its mostly paid parking.

Property served our needs well. Could cook ourselves. Close to main Kailua strip and within walking distance. Very pleasant stay.

Great place and location

We had a great stay at this rental. It was within walking distance to so many restaurants and shops which is a hard place to find parking if you’re just trying to drive there. When I got there it was a cute place the only negative I would say is the extra pillows for the pull out couch were flat as a pancake but when they checked in with me the next morning I told them and they brought out 2 new ones that day I would highly recommend staying here.

Stay

There was no map of the property so it took 30 minutes of walking to find the pool. We could not get the bbq grills to work.Inside the unit the mattresses were worn and the sheets were very old. Both the mattress on the bed and on the couch needed replacement. The couch mattress had something on it that laptop making everyone sneeze when the sat on the unmade couch and triggered allergies when trying to sleep on mattress. We did end up putting the mattress on the floor because of the deep depressions in the form. The sheets had pulling on them and the little “balls” on them were annoying. The shower was also a challenge in getting a consistent warm temperature. It would go from hot to cold extremes. The unit was most adequately equipped. I can’t think of anything we missed for preparing meals, even when inviting 2 more people, making a total of seven.

Uncomfortable

The television was VERY DIFFICULT to figure out. the Ice on the fridge wouldn't dispense ice. Had to figure out how the light switch and the ceiling fan connected on and off. The two of us sitting on the sofa, could not get comfortable, couldn’t put your feet up cause there was no coffee table or ottoman, so if one us had our legs on the sofa relaxing, the other would be tucked up against the side of the sofa sitting upright. The folding doors when folded was so close to the end of the bed that when you walked around the bed you banged your leg on the corner of the bed, OUCH !!! When leaving, we had to take out the trash, wash, dry, dishes and put them away. in other words we had to leave the place the way we found it or else we would be charged extra. We were also asked to start the laundry. Can not recommend this place stay

Amazing rental in Kona!

Great accommodations within walking distance of downtown Kailua-Kona!

The property included amenities that made it convenient and comfortable! It was awesome to have access to a washer and dryer! It made for a very memorable first vacation to Kona!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we first arrived and opened the 3 sliding doors to the closet, they all fell off their rails. They are tall and heavy. After much struggle I was able to get them back on. Also, the bedroom lamp switch is also a hazard. I would have replaced it if I had some tools. I told your rep about it when he called to check on us. Overall we had a wonderful time! The location was great! The condo was clean and the amenities were great! The price was also very reasonable for all that you get!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon my arrival, the property was on the first level and the parking was right in front of the property. Easy access to get in as, I followed the instructions from the owner who emailed me. The property was small but doable. It was four of us. The couch was a pulled out which was perfect for my two little ones. I was in heaven when I saw there was a washer and dryer. The owner provided a lot of accessories especially beach chairs, beach toys, and etc. The kitchen was just perfect where it provided everything. Our view from the beach was just beautiful when the sunset was showing. Walking distance to a lot of cool places like the beach, little market, ABC Store, and etc. The lady upstairs was nice. The only con I would say when your walking around inside the property you can hear your footsteps so, it feels like we are being loud even though we aren’t but you can hear the people upstairs when they’re walking around. Other than that the place was Amazing. They do have a A/C unit which keeps the place nice and cool. The pool is a walking distance but eh we needed the walk and they also provide a grill as well. The owner would check on us here and there to see how was our stay or if we needed anything else through a text. I recommend this place to give it a shot.

It’s a cute small condo with a great view of the ocean. The family and I (4 of us) enjoyed staying at the property. The lady upstairs was very nice. Everything is walking distance especially the beach. Loved that there was a pull out bed for the kids! There’s extra accessories that I definitely used like they provided folding chairs to take, beach bucket toys, basket, swimming supplies, and etc. The property stayed in contact with us and checking on us. Easy access to get in and the parking is literally in the front of the property. The pool is a little walking distance but we enjoyed the pool! Glad they provided a washer and dryer cause I used that machine lol. I highly recommend it. Mahalo

Perfect Vacation

The apartment was located on the first floor and the designated parking was right around the corner. There was no problem getting around town. I would highly recommend renting the apartment. I always enjoy visiting the Big Island.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice and clean. We enjoyed the indoor space. The complex itself had issues. The water was shut off on Monday during our stay. There was a plumbing company there all day making a lot of noise. The rest of the week we felt we were staying in a construction zone. It was very loud in our unit all day. The pool area was very basic very little landscaping. It felt more like a community pool. We would not plan on staying there in the future.

The Perfect Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really loved this rental. We went for 5 days with our two kids and had the best time. The rental even has beach chairs and boogie boards! Everything was insanely clean. Zero sand anywhere. I thought that was so crazy haha the lock on the door is super nice and the rental company responds very quickly. We also thought the location of the rental was perfect. So close to downtown and really easy to get in and out on all’I drive. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

Property itself was great however we had an issue where someone was able to access the property we assume someone who has the key code- worker or old guest. Luckily what was stolen had a tracker on it and we got it back but I would insist on new entry code between new guest. That being said they were able to help us and once that was done we had no other problems and enjoyed our stay.
