The Space:

This delightful 1-bedroom rental is perfectly situated across from the beach and offers a view of the bay from your bedroom window, offering you the ultimate seaside escape. The living area is tastefully decorated, creating a cozy space to unwind and plan your beach excursions. The living room contains a pull-out couch with matching chair, built in kitchen seating with under-bench storage and a Smart TV. The bedroom is a serene retreat with a comfortable king-sized bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.



While the 2024 hurricane season was devastating, it also provided the opportunity for a floor to ceiling renovation of this vacation rental. This unit is how fully restored and better than ever, featuring all-new interior finishes, updated systems, modern amenities, and thoughtfully curated design details throughout.



All units are accessed via our lush, red brick tropical courtyard with seating areas for outdoor relaxing /dining and gas grills. Washer and dryer are available on site for no additional charge. Each unit is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella and has access to our shared beach carts and fishing equipment. Property is equipped with an outdoor shower.

This place was amazing. The location was exactly what we wanted, walking distance to everything. Check in was so easy and they provided everything we needed! Loved the apartment and especially the location. Highly recommend this property...no pool but the beach was right there!

Great location to beach and Bridge Street! Felt very safe. Owner is good on communication. Would give it a five star if it was changed to keyless entry and the wall a/c was a bit quieter.

Excellent Location!

The place was on the small side, but very clean and the location completely makes up for it and then some! Walk to the beach, walk to Bridge St, and a trolley stop at the end of the block to explore the rest of AMI. Chris, the property manager, was super responsive and a pleasure to speak with. We would definitely book here again without hesitation!

Great vacation!

Small but cute one bedroom, perfect location across street from beach and short walk to town. New kitchen, good shower. Host Mark was often around and very pleasant and helpful. Free trolley for getting to Anna Maria for great boutique shopping and beautiful beach there, too. Fresh grouper at Star Fish across Cortez Bridge was delicious as were crepes on Bridge St. Will be back!

Great Location

The location was what sold us. The beach and the bay were both so close and it was such a nice walk to get to either. The room was comfortable and clean, everything in order and very accommodating. Loved the laundry facility-- it was super needed! We only ate out once and cooked in our room the rest of the week and it was fantastic-- used the grill as well and it was so nice cooking out and settling in on the patio. We will definitely visit again!

Perfect for us

We had a great time in Bradenton Beach. The cottage is a very short walk from the beach where you can watch the sunset. And if you go down the street the other way there is a dock with a bench where you can watch the sunrise. The cottage was perfect for our 3 night stay. All we needed for cooking was right there. And so many restaurants to choose from - we especially enjoyed The Waterfront on the north end of the island. Perfect location and very clean, cute cottage.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay. Mark thinks of everything to make our stay the best. Unit 1 is very small so be aware. It met our needs but I would have preferred a bigger unit. We spent our days at the beach which was across the street and our evenings were spent playing cards and grilling out in the courtyard. We will definitely be back!

We loved this place the courtyard was beautiful. Very quiet except they were doing road repair/construction not the fault of the resort. Would definitely stay here again. Unit is small but comfortable. Good for two people. Chris the manager was very quick to call us back with issues. Loved it!!!!

Amazing Trip

My husband and I just stayed in this beautiful cottage for a week, and it was perfect. The cottage was very clean, decorated beautifully, and had everything (and more) that we could possibly need. The location is perfect. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We enjoyed parasailing and horseback riding close by and enjoyed relaxing on the dock while fishing in the bay. It was an amazing trip. Mark was fantastic! I highly recommend this cottage! You will love it! We will definitely be back!

Slice of Paradise

This was our first trip to Florida and it was amazing. The condo was perfect. Walk to the dock in 1/2 block or go the other direction for 1/2 block and be at the beach. We saw dolphins every evening from the dock. Incredible!! The condo was clean and well furnished. We will definitely be booking here again next year. Thanks again Mark for everything. The Ryanā€™s

Small but adequate!

I thought the property was very nice. It was small, but it fit our needs for 4 or 5 nights. It was also very clean. Easy access to the beach, bay and a short walk to Bridge St. The property looked to be newly updated. They did a great job. Kitchen had everything you needed, very comfortable recliner. Had what appeared to be a sleeper sofa, and was typical as far as comfort. Bed was set very low, but was comfortable, I think it was a memory foam. Bathroom was small, in fact the vanity was in the bedroom, which was fine. Shower also small, but had great water pressure. The only thing was there a chest in the closet, but it was full of extra blankets and other things, so we basically lived out of our suitcases the whole time. There wasn't really any room in the bedroom since the vanity was in there. It would be nice if they would have had a better place to store your belongings. Washer and dryer was in the complex and worked real good. The courtyard was great! Plenty of room, a number of outdoor grills and tables, also the place was well lit. The complex was really nice, looked like 9 units. While I enjoyed the 1 bedroom, I think I may want to have a larger unit if I stayed for an extended time. You won't be disappointed by the complex. We would love to return for a longer stay in the future.
