Within half a block, you can walk and bike along the canal and trails, and even visit the famous historical Papago Park and Hole in the Rock. Phoenix Zoo and the Desert Botanical Garden are also blocks away for additional fun. Golfers will adore the home's distance from some of the best golf courses in the country! These include Grey Hawk Golf Club (four miles), Phoenician Golf Club (three-and-a-half miles), Camelback Golf Club (seven miles), and TPC Scottsdale Champions Course (15 miles).

Fun in the sun doesn't have to be found far from your stay though because right outside the backdoor of the home, you'll discover a private oasis. The open-concept living room enhances family time. There are two smart TVs with streaming through guest accounts, and high-speed WiFi for additional entertainment. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
