POOL HEATING***

There is a fee of $40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. Please arrange prior for better service. This house does not have the feature of SPA.

***BARBECUE GRILL/VACATION GEAR***

We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost

If you need to outsource the propane/gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. ( Extra cost)

***PET POLICY***

Only small pets or under 40 pound dogs allowed

$150 Pet fee for each animal

Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee.

Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged

***PARKING

This house has a covered garage space to fit one/two cars and 2 more cars can fit the driveway. The overflow can be used as well and it's about 200 ft walk from the house.

ENCORE AT REUNION: We do not offer access to club house or encore water park with this booking. This is house use only.
