We love welcoming your furry friends! This house is pet-friendly, with a fee of $150 for small pets and $250 for large pets.

Important Information:

The Encore Club welcomes residents into a contemporary nautical-themed lobby, where concierge and guest services are always ready to help.
Do you need free transportation within Encore or to the theme park, do you need park tickets? We can do all this and more!
To access the Water Park you must notify me at least 30 days in advance as you will need to obtain a card that will give you access to the water park. You also need a reservation of at least 7 days.
The water park entry fee is $46 per adult for the entire stay, while children under 16 can enter for free. This fee also includes access to all Encore Club facilities, such as the sports courts, gym, and other recreational areas.


Additional Fees:
- Pool and whirlpool heating is charged at 40usd/day minimum of 3 days.

- Animals such as dogs and cats are only allowed upon payment of the fee, which will depend on the size of the animal and the length of the stay. Please consult before finalizing the reservation.

Penalties - Attention!!
- All rubbish placed in the outside bin must be in closed bags. Fine of 300usd
- Camera at the front of the house can never be turned off. Fine of 300usd

Trash FAQ:

How do I remove the trash? Your home will have trash cans located on the side of the house where you should place bagged and tied trash (max. 30 pounds/14 kg per bag) and/or flat cardboard boxes. Do not rotate boxes to the curb; the garbage collection service collects it from the side of the house.

How often is garbage collected? Trash is collected daily, so please dispose of trash bags as soon as they are full.

Do you offer recycling? No, but we hope to do so in the future. Please note that bins with yellow lids will be treated as trash, not recycling.

Does all trash need to be bagged? Yes! All trash must be stored in tied bags. Loose items are not permitted in dumpsters and will result in “not being picked up” from your home. The only exception is cardboard boxes, which must be broken and flattened, but do not need to be bagged.

Can liquids go in the trash? No, please pour liquids down the drain (when safe to do so) before throwing away bottles or cans.

What items are not accepted by the trash service? We cannot remove liquids, paint, grease, oil, auto parts and items containing freon (such as refrigerators/freezers).
