Sleep soundly in the comfortable king bed in the master bedroom or two double beds in the second bedroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the open-concept living area that will accommodate additional guests or children. And the unit features a bonus sunroom for your relaxing pleasure. The well-equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar and stacked washer and dryer–no need to do vacation laundry when you arrive back home!

And don't leave Fido behind! The Chateau La Mer community is perfect for pets. There are large grassy areas and sidewalks for strolling along beside the breathtakingly beautiful beach. And the amenities don't stop there. Submerge yourself in the large pool that is heated in the winter, volley with friends and family on the well-kept tennis courts, and entertain with the use of the outdoor grills, clubhouse and more. The neighborhood has no through-traffic, which is greatly appreciated by families with kids and/or pets. Pet Fees $100.00 per pet. Max of 2 Pets 50 lbs or under. For stays of 28 days and longer, an additional long-term pet fee of $150 is required. No Cats Allowed!
