This cabin is wonderful!! Very clean with comfortable beds and amazing views! Only minutes from town and pretty easy to get to. We truly enjoyed our stay!!

This is a very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. We had a great stay other than the temperature. As noted in the listing, the home has no HVAC. With day time temps in the 80’s, the home can get warm.

Great place to get a little outside of town while visiting the Durango area. We enjoyed seeing several mule deer on the property during the stay.

Wonderful space and location. The host was very responsive and efficient. Our fridge broke and we had a brand new fridge delivered and waiting for us when we got home in the afternoon. Unit was clean and had the necessary amenities. We also had so much fun watching the wildlife coming through the property! Thanks again and we hope to be back soon!

Great cabin. High quality and well stocked. Felt like being in the country but only about 10 minutes or so to Durango. We saw deer every day around the cabin. Beds were comfortable. We will rent again.

I will start with the fact that this was a beautiful home and location. It was so nice to be in the woods and only 1 home in site. Loved all of the room. So much wildlife, that was great. Now, we sent a couple of messages and we discovered that we were speaking with a management company. The response and spirit of the replys were not as friendly that we had hoped. We were told that we could not check in before 4pm without extra fees, but the day before we were to check out they texted us to ask us when we would be out as they wanted time for their cleaning crew to prepare for the next occupant. We discovered the following items that should have been addressed before we checked in..light bulbs missing from bedroom2, keurig coffee maker did not work, several glasses were cracked and broken, we asked about some internal lights that seem to come on automatically, but we're not given clear instructions on turning them off. , and there were clothing items left in the dryer that we assume were left by previou occupants. But that gave the impression that the house was not cleaned or inspected before our arrival. . Thank you home owner for letting us stay in your home, we did have a good time

We apologize that our messages didn’t come across as friendly as we had hoped. Our standard check in time is 4 p.m., and any additional fees for early arrival go directly to our cleaners for the extra time they spend getting the home ready ahead of schedule. We’re also sorry to hear about the missing light bulbs in bedroom two, the Keurig not working, and the cracked and broken glasses. Our cleaning and maintenance team will look at all of these items to make sure they aren’t an issue for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back to Durango soon!
