Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is located on the 11th fairway in the Dalton Ranch Country Club in the heart of the beautiful Animas Valley. Located just 10 minutes north of downtown Durango and 20 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort our home is central to everything the region has to offer. Our home features A/C, washer/dryer, 1 car garage, and fantastic patio with a gas grill over looking the 11th fairway and the waterway.

The centerpiece of Dalton Ranch is its challenging 7,040-yard championship semi-private golf course. Built along the Animas River, Dalton Ranch incorporates numerous wetlands and lakes, a welcome lush oasis in the arid southwest landscape. Trimble Hot Springs with a full spa is less than a mile from our home. This home provides the perfect base camp for all of your favorite activities providing immediate access to a variety of recreational opportunities including -- tennis, golf, hiking, biking, swimming, downhill and cross country skiing, fly fishing, fishing, kayaking, canoeing (the list is endless really).

Bed Configuration:
Master Bedroom - King Bed (located on the main level with a TV and en suite bath)
2nd Bedroom - King Bed (2nd level with a TV)
3rd Bedroom - Queen Bed (2nd level with a TV)

We can accommodate 2 cars at this home. Per HOA regulations cars are not allowed to be parked on the street. You may park in the garage and driveway. RV, trailers, ect. are prohibited.

The home is not pet friendly - please do not bring pets or emotional support animals.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Wonderful Durango Townhome - great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Such an amazing townhouse in a golf community in a great location just north of Durango. Being next to a small store and across from Durango Hot Springs was perfect!!The condition of the townhouse was great. There was bountiful room and space with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. And a huge garage that even easily fit our large truck with ease!Only a few small hiccups and things I would recommend to make it the PERFECT place: - have a few electrical extension cords on hand (for device charging in convenient places - the washer had issues... but the Management Company was responsive & helped us above & beyond - a Keurig would be better than a old coffee maker (& less wasteful) - the patio glass door needs repair to make it easy for everyone - the fridge ice maker needs help - make it easier to access the Bose Sound Bar for the TV. It's location makes it difficult to work the remoteAside from those minor issues, the rooms were great, the Master Bath was HUGE, the Master bathtub & shower we so spacious!! Plenty of comfy seating in the Living Room. Even easy to plug in our own personal Roku to the main TV.Next time we are in Durango, I would LOVE to stay here again!!! HIGHLY recommend!

Could have been better

The house was very clean. But the property was getting a new roof. It was so loud and dusty we couldn't enjoy the property. We couldn't use the driveway. We couldn't use the patio or the patio furniture. The property manager offered a full refund less cleaning fee. However We did not receive a full refund. Extremely disappointed with this experience

Wonderful property. Need to fix light in upstairs king bedroom and 2 toilet paper holders are coming loose from the wall, but none of those were a big deal. Would rent this property again !!!

Golf and Mountains

Dalton Ranch area is ideal for us. There is good access to Durango proper and to the mountains. Spectacular views all around. The townhome is nicely located with a view of the #11 fareway. Just about all you need for a comfortable stay.

Served the purpose

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were aware of the location so that was as expected and while the unit had everything described, it was the least maintained place we have stayed but also the least expensive. None of it negatively impacted our stay but made it less enjoyable. For example, the dishwasher doesn’t clean well so you have to prewash everything. The washing machine is so loud you can’t have a conversation when it is going. The sliding glass door on to the porch only opens about two thirds of the way and if you push it past that it will take all your strength to close it. The curtain rod over the sliding door is more difficult than the door. The towels are all frayed and the kitchen drawers and cabinets don’t open or close well. Although clean, the carpet had stains. On the flip side, the primary bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the living area was very comfortable and accommodating and the VRC staff and logistics were easy and helpful.

Generally quite good; clean and roomy. Upstairs TVs did not work. Contacted property manager who said they would send someone to fix this, but there was no further response. Not a serious problem, however. A great location.

This is a nice house in a good location. We have stayed in downtown Durango in the past and this time wanted to be a little out of town.It was a quiet neighbourhood, though we did hear the steam train whistle a couple of times - a bonus for us as we had come to Durango to ride on it!

The property is as described. Kitchen and baths are original without updates. However, the kitchen counters/grout need a deep cleaning. The power was out for 2 hours due to a storm. No flashlights on the property.
