Nice place!

Toilets didn't flush well but the view was great! Decorated well. Comfortable bed. Decent pool. Older condos but kept up.

Great place highly recomend.

Great place right on the water. Nice facilities I would stay there again. Good assortment of beech gears. Royal's check in and check out was a breeze. My only complaint was we didn't have code for tennis court on our paperwork and it was hard to get that information from Royal. Also we had a few questions that Royal never responded to. Great vacation spot for sure.

Beautiful Views

Beautiful views, total peace and quiet. The only sound was that of the ocean and an occasional bird. Just a one minute walk to the beach. Nice screened in porch. The only one issue we had is we couldn't figure out how to get the fan on the porch to work. Other than that everything was perfect. It was great to find the DVR movies to watch as well. We definitely plan to come back!

134 Sanibel Surfside is a beautiful place to stay, all the conforts of home with beautiful gulf views. We will definitely be back to stay!

Fantastic Sanibel vacation

We had a truly wonderful vacation here. The view from the unit is breathtaking. You walk into the condo and look straight out onto the gulf. The condo had all the essentials and some nice extras (beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, etc). My only complaint (and the reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5) was that the bathrooms were old and could use updating. The toilet in the master bath ran constantly and did not flush well. It also would have been nice if they had included beach towels- we had to rent them. Other than those minor issues, it was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Lovely Gulf Front Condo

We spent the first full week of February here and were very happy that we found this condo. We've stayed in this complex before and like the location on Sanibel. The unit was nicely decorated, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The Gulf front view from the lanai is outstanding! The pool is great, and we made good use of the beach umbrella and chairs. The check in and check out process with Royal Shell Vacations is very smooth and easy. We hope to come back and stay in this condo again!

Great Location and Views

This condo is in a perfect location on Sanibel- the views from the living room and lanai were superb. The condo was well equipped and, since we flew down to Ft. Myers, were very appreciative of the beach chairs etc.
