Property renovations currently going on at Kings Crown:

- Paver Project: Scheduled for completion by the end of 2025.
- Pool: Scheduled for completion by February 1, 2026.
- Tennis Courts: Scheduled for completion by the Fall of 2026.
- Elevators: All elevators are currently operational.

Tropical breezes, sounds of the ocean, views of the beach and total relaxation all from your spacious vacation home. This three bedroom two bathroom Kings Crown Condominium is the perfect spot to have a true Beach Vacation. The spacious living room features comfy couches a flat screen TV and sliding doors that let you open the living room to the glass or screened lanai. The spacious and open kitchen has everything you need to create a fabulous meal or just reheat leftovers from one of Sanibel’s four star restaurants. Enjoy your great meal from the open dining room while taking in the beach the views. Have a great night’s sleep in the master bedroom suite featuring a king sized bed, flat screen TV, a large closet and adjoining master bath. Your guest will be comfortable in the two extra bedrooms one featuring a king-sized bed and the other boasting two twin beds. With its bright tropical color scheme, spacious living and dining area, beautiful views and amazing location Kings Crown 211 is the perfect getaway.

Kings Crown Condominiums feature a large beach side heated pool, beautiful tropical landscape, tennis courts, elevators and under building parking.

1 Week rentals available May-Nov 14th

Kingfisher Vacations will only book reservations up to 51 weeks in advance.

Kings Crown

The Condo we stayed in Kings Crown room 211 was a great room. The room was kept up to the latest standards and had all the modern conveniences. Room was very clean and had many towels plus all the beach equipment that you would need.

Great property!

Very nice property, spacious and equipped with most of the needed essentials! Our family had a great time and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, beach and pool! Host was responsive and accommodating. I gave property in general a 4star rating because cleanliness could be better and because of the main reasons to choose Sanibel was that we wanted to see the sunset and it was disappointing that you cant see the sunsets from this area and that the beach is full of no-see- ems at sunset which makes it impossible to be at the beach at that time.

Quiet

Nice views of pool and ocean. Bigger than the pictures and lots of room for our family. Could use a deep clean and a few updates but a great find four family.

Less than perfect

We arrived to find the ice maker frozen over completely, floors were not clean, found piles of food trash on screened porch, and electrical outlets hanging out of the wall. Not all television screens were in service in bedrooms. Location of this unit is good & beach is nice. The collapseble door on screened porch were great! Not sure I would visit again.

Beautiful Vacation

Condo was large, clean, and wonderful. The whole property is very well kept. Right on the beach and the pool is great as well. Very family friendly. The whole trip was perfect. Restaurants on Sanibel and Captiva ate delicious as well. You won't your stay!

Great Location!

Beautiful property with fabulous location. Close to everything Sanibel has to offer. The condo is spacious . Could use some updates and deep cleaning, but all in all was a great stay.

Beautiful beach and beautiful shells

The property was located on the beach with very convenient access to everything you would need: beach, pool, bike paths, restaurants, groceries. Fabulous location! The unit itself is spacious with plenty of room for a family. The Lanai was very nice and had options with the glass enclosure. A little TLC is needed in places such as the vent hood in the kitchen and the dishwasher.

Relaxing week!!

Amazing and relaxing week! The condo was very comfortable and fit all of us with plenty of room. The beach was so close to be able to see the sunrise and sunset everyday.

Perfect for Our Family

We loved everything about this property. Access to the beach was very easy. Our unit was nicely furnished and very comfortable for 7 people. The kitchen was well-equipped with more than we expected. The unit had lots of extras such as beach chairs, floats, board games, DVDs and books. Even though we were in the unit furthest from the beach we had nice view of the Gulf from the dining room and lanai. The pool was great and the tropical landscaping was lovely.

Loved it

The accommodations were excellent especially the view of the ocean from the open concept porch. There was ample living space for 4 adults plus an eight month old. There were lots of things to do on Sanibel and everything was so close! Would love to come back again in the future!
