COMMUNITY AMENITIES: The house is located within a short walk to the City of Jamaica Beach outdoor swimming pool. The pool is open to the public from May 23 - Sept 7, 2026, Tuesday - Sunday. $5.00 per person (6 and under free) for a daily pass.

Also located down the street from the City of Jamaica Beach Boat Launch, which includes a paved boat ramp that provides access to the canals, which leads to West Bay. A guest permit is required before use. Please contact us before your arrival to get a permit.
