HOUSE POLICIES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION
GUEST ACCESS AND GUIDEBOOK
Guests have private access to the entire property (excluding the garage and primary walk-in closet). A digital property guidebook and entry access codes will be sent 24 hours prior to check-in.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
• Check-in after 4:00 PM
• Check-out by 10:00 AM
QUIET HOURS
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Please be respectful of the surrounding neighborhood.
SMOKING
• Smoking is not permitted inside the home
• A $500 fee will apply if smoke, odor, or physical evidence of smoking (such as ash, debris, or paraphernalia) is detected indoors
• Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only
PET POLICY
• Although we love animals, this property is not suitable for pets. If an unauthorized pet is found on property, a $500 fee will apply.
AGE POLICY
• Primary booker must be at least 21 years old with valid government ID.
• A responsible adult must be present throughout the stay.
POOL & SPA POLICY
• Pool: The pool is not heatable.
• Spa Heat: Available 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM for $45 per night (must be requested/paid upfront).
• Equipment: Tampering with pool/spa equipment or the automatic vacuum is strictly prohibited. Any interference will result in a minimum $250 service fee.
