The only complaints were there were only 4 towels and there were 5 of us. Two of the 4 beach chairs were broken and just to let you know the bathroom sink wasn’t draining well.Thank you.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Great location! We walked to Seaside, Publix and the beach with ease. This is a very peaceful property with awesome accommodations.

Property location and price are very hard to beat. It’s a no-frills accommodation, and that’s okay! We really enjoyed it, just know that it’s not what most people would expect for a Seaside/Seagrove-style home. More old-school Florida vibes.Nit-picky, but the outdoor shower needs quite a bit of work. It’s not as nice and clean as the images show. The bathroom door needs a lock as other reviewers noted. 2 of the 4 beach chairs are broken, still usable, but should be replaced. An auger for the beach umbrella would be much more user-friendly than the PVC tube supplied.None of this is a deal breaker. Great value compared to nearby properties. Just a bit of room for improvement. We would absolutely book again.

Excellent location and good value. Loved the porch. Great for just the four of us. A few little things that could improved the experience - have salt and pepper and maybe some other basic condiments; a lock on the bathroom door; toilet paper holder in the bathroom; more toilet paper and garbage bags; more outlets in the bedrooms. But these are pretty minor compared to how much we enjoyed it.

Our stay at Seagrove Sanctuary was great - the location was amazing! Within walking/biking distance to Seaside and a couple great public beach entrances within a short 5-10 min walk. And the home had everything we needed for our stay.

The property was everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Location is nice for seaside but a little far for watercolor given how limited rideshares are

Beach Hideaway

Loved the property. So happy that it has a washer and dryer. Full kitchen was a bonus for making meals. Enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location

We had a wonderful stay, this house was perfect for our family and our little ones loved the porch and the yard, or just lounging inside on their iPads! The location can’t be beat, just a short walk to the beach or Seaside. We’ll be back!

Quick walks, no frills!

This was perfect for our little family; no frills, and a great short walk down Dogwood to get to the public beach access. The outdoor shower was awesome and the porch sitting was perfection.

Excellent 10/10

The house was very clean and comfortable. It is in a great location to walk or ride bikes to the beach or into Seaside. It was the perfect house for our girls trip with adults and teenagers. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! The location was perfect! The house was very accurately described in the listing. A very easy walk to the public beach access and to the Seaside square. Such a beautiful area with all of the trees! Definitely rent bikes!! We rented from Fun Pug- they were excellent!! And even delivered the bikes! We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

Great little getaway near SRB

This was a very cute little getaway house perfect for a couple of friends with an amazing enclosed porch with swings that you could sit on and listen to the birds in the morning and have your coffee. Very peaceful area, close to Seaside, about a half mile away but far enough from the hustle and bustle of any crowd. Highly recommend.
