Our beautiful newly remodeled home away from home is located in St. James City, Florida. It was just remodeled from the last two hurricanes and is better than ever! The home is just minutes away from Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach by boat. The living area is very spacious with a leather sectional and recliner with a 65" tv. The kitchen has a large island for great entertaining or just hanging out.

Our home is three bedroom, three and a half bath, all master suites with your very own bathroom.
The first bedroom has a king bed and the bath has a shower and double sinks. The second and third bedroom have queen beds and the baths both have beautiful large walk-in showers with double sinks. Plenty of room for a large family or three! All bedrooms have their own tv.

The home is fully stocked with all linens, towels and beach towels. The kitchen is also fully stocked with anything you may need.

The outdoor living area has a covered lanai so you can enjoy lots of shade or plenty of area for the sun. So much room for the kids to run and play! There is also a small beach with sand for your enjoyment of the beautiful scenery and watch the boats go by. We are located on a corner lot so plenty of dock space for a large boat or boats. We also have a boat lift, two kayaks and a paddleboard included. We have just added a large tiki on the back side of the lanai for more shade and seating area. New outdoor kitchen provided with a grill, large frying burner and small drink refrigerator.
