Pet-Friendly, Canal Front House with Dock & Add-on Studio Apartment

Welcome to Bayside Tradition!

This quiet and peaceful property features a dock and dock house on the canal, which, depending on the tide and time of year, you can get your boat in and out of. You can also see the bay in the distance from here.

Filled with natural light, the house includes an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a main bedroom/bathroom with a king bed, a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two twins, and one additional bathroom. There's also a screened porch that looks out toward the canal.

Outdoors, there are kayaks for you to use, a charcoal grill, fire pit, and fenced yard for your dog(s). Also, it's only a half mile to the beach. Walk, bike, drive, or take your golf cart!

In 1957 my great-grandmother became one of five permanent residents on St. George Island, and to this day SGI remains an important part of my family.

At Bayside Tradition you can relax, fish, wander the dirt roads, or watch wildlife while spending time with family or friends and making your own SGI traditions.
