This is a wonderful two-bedroom two bathroom condo on the beach. Great beach views from both the living room and master bedroom. Large deck overlooks the pool and the beach.

Significant Updates in 2025 with all new bathrooms and all new paint. The living room has great furniture, with comfortable couches and seating. The kitchen is modernized too. You will fall in love with White Sand by Sea!

This lovely second-floor unit at Huntington by the Sea is situated in Miramar Beach, the easternmost part of Destin. It's the ideal spot to unwind and take in the surroundings. Silver Sands Premium Outlets, grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and entertainment are just a short drive away.

Though close to it all, the beach at Huntington by the Sea is quiet, peaceful, and family-oriented. The beach in front of the property is solely dedicated to the Huntington by the Sea community, so we won't be overcrowded. The beach-side pool has a large deck with lounge chairs, great for watching the colorful sunsets in the Gulf. There is a bath house and community gas grills for your convenience. 

Open living at its best, the well-stocked kitchen is open to the dining and living areas with floor-to-ceiling windows, balcony access, and beach views. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, cookware, drinkware, utensils, and more.

The dining area offers table seating for six, with two additional seats at the kitchen counter. The living area provides comfortable seating, with large sofa, a ceiling fan, and a flat-screen TV.

The master bedroom features a new king-size mattress, stunning beach views, and balcony access. Curtains, of course, can be drawn to allow complete privacy. The ensuite bathroom has been updated to include a large walk in shower and new vanity, lighting and fixtures. The guest bedroom has two full beds. The guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combination, new vanity, lighting, and fixtures. Flat screen TV's are in each bedroom and living area.

The on-site credit card-operated laundry facility is located just across from this unit for easy access.
