The Space:

Step onto the sun‑kissed patio and feel the gentle Florida breeze as you hear the distant splash of the community water park. Inside, the spacious family room invites you to sink into leather reclining couches while the flat‑screen TV glows, setting the tone for relaxed evenings after a day of theme‑park thrills.



Sleeping arrangements

Five spacious bedrooms provide ample space for large families. Downstairs you’ll find a bedroom with a shared bathroom, while the upper level houses four additional bedrooms and a full bathroom, plus a master suite with its own private bath. The home includes 4.5 bathrooms in total, ensuring everyone has room to freshen up.



Living spaces

Two distinct living areas give you flexibility to spread out. The main family room features leather recliners and a flat‑screen TV, perfect for movie nights. A separate game room offers a pool table and casual seating, creating a fun spot for friendly competition.



Outdoor living

Step out to your private pool, where you can lounge on the provided deck chairs and soak up the Florida sun. An optional heating feature lets you enjoy the water even on cooler evenings. The backyard also includes a covered dining area for al fresco meals, and you have free access to the community water park, lazy river, and resort‑style pool with water slide.



Kitchen & dining

The large, fully stocked kitchen boasts stainless‑steel appliances and plenty of counter space for preparing big breakfasts before heading out to the parks. Indoor and outdoor dining tables accommodate the whole group, making family meals easy and enjoyable.



Community amenities

The Retreat at Champions‑Gate offers a resort‑style pool with a water slide, cabanas, a lazy river, tiki bar, fitness center, movie theater, games room, playground, volleyball courts, an 18‑hole golf course with driving range and putting green, and six clay tennis courts with a clubhouse. All of these are included in your stay at no extra cost.

Guest Access:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (4) vehicles. Up to (3) in the driveway and (1) on the street.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
