Nature Lover's Dream Cabin

This lovely cabin is a nature paradise located in Central Ohio along US Route 36, halfway between Coshocton and Mount Vernon. It sits on 160 acres consisting of rolling fields, cropland, warm and cool season grasses, 8 ponds, woods, ravines, creeks, wildlife and more! This cabin offers a hot tub, floating dock, canoes, firepit (wood furnished), indoor fireplace and rustic barn for rainy days. Electric golf carts are available upon request at $45 per day to use around the property. We are sorry, but absolutely no hunting or fishing is allowed on premises.

This was our second visit and just as wonderful as the first! We loved the house, the views, the property grounds, the ponds, the quiet. Each evening, we walked around the property with our dog, taking a different route every time. Just book your visit—this place is magic!

A totally beautiful place all around. The cabin was so well kept and inviting. The property was so breath taking to see. We were able to unwind and relax so easily there. Having fun also with the extra things they have to offer for you to do. Definitely a place to return to.

lovely friends getaway

we had so much fun staying at the nature lovers cabin! weather was spotty at times but we got plenty of sunshine and swam in the pond whenever we could! the golf cart was a definite highlight and we loved exploring the property. will certainly be back!

We had the best time at nature lover’s dream cabin! They were so sweet and welcoming and the cabin/surrounding area was beautiful. We can’t wait to go back!

Hollyberry House is a little slice of Heaven!

Our family celebrated my father’s 80th birthday at Hollyberry House and it was absolutely perfect.The property is like having your own private resort, the accommodations were cozy and the hosts were so welcoming! Best VRBO experience yet. We will be visiting again soon!

Just What We Needed

This was our 2nd time at the cabin and it was just what we needed. A perfect place to unwind, enjoy nature and have a great time with our dogs! We are already planning our next, longer stay!

It was so nice Michelle, having you, Paul, and your doggies back. We have 3 returning guests scheduled to return. You and Paul are the first to stay the second time. That means so much to us when guests want to come again! I want to encourage you to consider putting up Purple Martin housing. You will love them. They will become your babies! If you come and stay longer, try the hike down into the long hollow following the creek bottom and rock ledges. The coyotes and bobcat’s are only out at night…😊

Very nice caring group! Sorry for the no fishing everyone. We love our doggies and our doggie guests! Fishing allowed puts dead fish and sharp hooks along our ponds to get them in trouble.

Holiday Getaway

It was the perfect getaway forn our family of 4 which includes our 2 adult children and 2 furbabies. We were blessed with unseasonably warm weather and were able to enjoy the beautiful property and decks. We will have to return for a longer stay in the spring!

The property was beautiful. The house was beautiful and very clean. The hosts were so nice. The golf cart was fun to drive around the property. The hottub was very clean. I will definitely recommend this place! We had a great time!!

Especially the extra tip money for our two Amish girls that keep the cabin so nice. Not too many guest do that for them. They so appreciated it! Your daughters were so cute. Best thanksgiving ever

This property is beautiful. Looks exactly like online listing, maybe even better. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, and we had a blast exploring in the golf carts and enjoying some quality time together. Our kids didn't want to leave! Highly recommend if you love the outdoors.

Amazing stay!

We had the best long weekend with family- the house comes with beautiful views, hundreds of acres, and even golf carts (have to pay for them daily though). The owner, Dean, was extremely courteous and warm welcoming! They had the house staged with beverages, snacks, and bakery. They even checked in and were very inviting. We would definitely recommend staying here and will be returning.

Holly Berry House

We so enjoyed our stay. Disconnecting from the hectic life and having time to rejuvenate. Dean & Kari, as always, are wonderful hosts. We had a mix of weather this stay with lots of sunshine! The waterfall was in full splendor and was so beautiful to watch and listen to. Lots of deer and we enjoyed watching the gold fish, frogs, froglets, and the polliwogs! :) And stargazing with the full moon. We will return as there is always more to explore. Such a blessed place. Thank you for the hospitality!

Heaven on Earth

Beautiful landscape with million dollar views. A great place to relax and see the beauty in nature with family and friends. So much to do from canoing, hiking, or just sit and relax on the porch and listen to the sparrows. Beautiful spacious cabin with lots of space to accommodate guests. This property will not disappoint. Highly recommend!!

Amazing property great hosts!

7 friends and I celebrated my 40th birthday with a weekend at their lovely cabin. Everything went perfectly! We loved the boats, the golf carts, the hot tub, the cabin, and the views. Incredible sunsets and gorgeous land. We also enjoyed shopping at the local stores and ordered pizza one night. The hosts are incredible and so kind. Highly recommend! I can't wait to go back sometime with my husband and kids!!

Endless views in a country paradise!

If you get a chance to experience this oasis in Amish Country, go for it! The hosts are above & beyond! The cabin is comfortable & charming with everything you need, and the acreage & ponds provide plenty of natural beauty & places to explore. We had the bonus of the harvest moon and never got tired of the endless views! Our dog Yogi had the time of his life🐾♥️
