Brazos Riverside Cottage - Family, Fun Getaway

Welcome to Riverside Acres... Kayak on the Brazos River, watch the deer graze, walk through untouched, natural beauty in Central TX. 25 minutes from Magnolia Silos and Baylor.



The space

2 bedrooms with KING Beds... Blow up mattress and pack-n-play available. One bath w/ walk-in shower. Large sectional sofa, plenty of additional seating. Dining table w/ 4 chairs and bar w/4 stools.



I live about 15 minutes from the Brazos Riverside Cottage, so it is very likely we will never meet in person. I will make myself available by phone to offer any assistance during your stay.



The Riverside Acres community was developed in 2020 with 20 small acreage homesites. The community sits along the Brazos River just a few miles from the Lake Whitney Dam.



Deer roam the neighborhood at will and are frequently eating in the front yard of the Cottage.



Feel free to walk around the neighborhood, ride bikes, kayak up/down the river. There is plenty of room for parking. We ask that you only park within the designated parking area.



Note: The wood-burning stove in the living room is inoperable.
