Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, all linens and towels. Resort Features: 1 Large Oceanfront Pools, Oceanside Recliners, Indoor Pool, Indoor Jacuzzi hot tubs, Fitness Room, , Fire Pit, direct Daytona Beach Access, Free WiFi available in room and throughout the property, Washer/Dryers available on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th flrs. RESORT MAINTENANCE NOTIFICATION AND DISCLAIMER
The resort is undergoing various improvement projects, some of these are restoration efforts from prior-year storms and impact the parking garage, the south outdoor pool and children’s pool. However, most amenities are open, including the north outdoor pool, indoor pool, indoor jacuzzi, and fitness center. However, there may be times when some amenities may be temporarily impacted or services interrupted.

This is a private rental and we do not have any control of maintenance scheduled by the Daytona Beach Resort property management when they perform repairs and/or maintenance on resort facilities. We appreciate your understanding as the resort continues to make improvements.

We had a great time. The host was very helpful with everything, it is not an ocean front view you can still see the ocean and is pretty, the condo was furnished nicely and the beds are pretty comfortable.

A short winter stay, but a comfortable condo with ocean view. Although we ate out, the kitchen was completely outfitted for cooking meals. Friendly staff, good restaurants close by. Bert supplied us with all the details for easy entrance to the unit. Definitely recommend!

Lovely condo

It was great staying here loved every second of it and very cute little place and owners are very nice and very quick to respond,only compliant I have is the beds were very hard and I have back issues and had to sleep out on the pull out couch,other then that I will be back definitely great experience

With regard to your feedback on the beds, they are both brand new box springs and mattresses, so that is probably why they were firmer as they are still in their "break-in" period. Great Room

The room was clean and well stocked. Even though it didn’t face directly to the ocean it was high enough that you had a great view and could also see towards downtown which was nice. Only reason for the one star on the accuracy of the listing is that all of the amenities on the property are closed not just the pools. Overall it was a nice stay.

We try our best to communicate status of the resort amenities which is included in the property description on the site listing as well as in the welcome information provided before check-in. The unit has a significant discount on regular rates as the result of the status on the amenities and pools. We list beach access as open on the north side of the resort, which is the public ramp down to the beach. We are one of the few owners who also provide beach chairs/umbrella/cooler to use for guests, so we are trying to do our best to accommodate guests needs during this time including things like offering early check in to the unit. We do not control the resort amenities, they are managed by the developer/resort management, so we again do our best to communicate the current status.

Great value for our stay. We didn't mind that some of the amenities were not available for us and it served our needs very well. The only negative is that the pull out couch is not good for adults. The bar across the back was a killer!!!

Great condo, NO AMENITIES.

The condo was very nice and in a great location. However the major bummer was that all the pools, restaurant, parking garage, and beach access were closed. The pools were the main reason we wanted to stay here, but the property has not even started on repairs from 2022 hurricane Ian. This wasn't clear when we booked. Would love to come back when this place is restored to the resort it once was.

Beautiful 1 bedroom unit as described

I gave 5 stars for everything but an overall rating of 4 stars due to the parking availability onsite and only 2 out of 5 working elevators during our 3 nights/4 days stay. The unit is absolutely beautiful and was fully stocked, with great WiFi as described and viewed in pictures by the owners. However, though the parking availability on site and off site was thoroughly explained, the really long walk to offsite parking wasn’t mentioned, just the location of it. Offsite parking directly across the street from resort filled up by 7pm every night it seemed, and the additional overflow offsite parking available seemed like it was almost a 0.50 miles away once parked so roundtrip walking to and from overflow parking felt like a solid 1.0 mile, maybe a tad bit less. Once we made it back to the resort after parking we had to wait 10 minutes a few times for an elevator. But as for the unit by itself it really was beautiful as described and if they could get the parking and/or elevator situation worked out I would absolutely stay here again with my family requesting the exact same unit too.

Honestly was the easiest hotels to get in and out of. Room was clean and smelled great! The host was easy to contact and we even were able to check in early! We got half beach view and half city view and it was still so pretty. Our room had everything you could possibly need for the beach and they provided cleaning supplies and detergent! Couldn’t have gotten or chosen a better place to stay! We had a blast and we will be coming back! 10/10!

Je comprends très bien que tout était fermé a cause de l’ouragan mais J’ai trouvé malheureux qu’il n’y avait rien pour remplacer les activités habituelles de l’hôtel (piscines/plages/resto sur place/bar/arcades etc) offrez un rabais au moins et mettez a jour la description de l’hôtel sinon c’est de la fausse représentation.

Hi Daniel - When the original reservation was made, the resort swimming pools were still being cleaned up after TS Ian and were almost ready to re-open as we advised when the booking was made. Its unfortunate that yet another TS Nicole came through on Nov 9/10 and did extensive damage to the seawall and also the swimming pools/deck during your stay. We do appreciate your business for our rental unit, but not sure how else we could have helped with replacing the amenities / activities due to the nature of the situation. If you do stay with us again, we would be more than happy to offer a discount to you for a future stay. Thank you!

Just what we were looking for!

My adult son and I went on a short trip to the Daytona Beach area. This unit was perfect for our stay! It was just off Daytona Beach which meant it was a bit less crowded. We were within walking distance to restaurants and shopping and minutes drive distance to all things Daytona Beach. From our balcony we were able to see both the beach and the main drag. The space was equipped with everything we needed including boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The space was clean and the resort was awesome with an arcade, two swimming pools, an outside bar, and access to a less occupied part of the beach. It was perfect! I would highly recommend this space.

Great place feels cozy and like home

Excellent stay. The property was in the process of doing updates so the parking garage was closed. The unit was great however the building had a few issues. Hopefully they get them resolved soon.

Property owners were amazing and very helpful.

Great property and great location, great owners as well, but the hotel that is connected to condo not so great! The hotel staff front desk were horrible and rude. Thankfully I was able to contact the condo owner even though it was midnight and they were very helpful and got us checked in.

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY

We absolutely loved this property. They had everything we needed and then some. The bathroom was fully equipped with hair products and pretty much anything you would need as well as the entire home. The only thing we had to buy were groceries. Super easy beach access with plenty of amenities. We didn't have to leave the condo 1 time and you can walk to the grocery. Plus the owners were fabulous and stayed in constant communication with us. I highly recommend and would definitely come back in the future.
