Located directly on the Caribbean Sea, this private, single-family, gated home has a large in-ground swimming pool that overlooks the sea. The outdoor cabana dining and bar area is perfect for hours of daytime entertainment and evening dining al fresco with the relaxing sound of lapping waves a few feet away! Our renovation includes a complete pool redesign with "sun shelf" for wading and splashing and LED pool light. In the kitchen, we installed new granite, tile, smooth top stove, and stainless refrigerator. Upgrades also include new furniture, beds, linens, lighting, and kitchen supplies. We feature a 60" flat screen, high-def FUBO TV (HGTV, Fox News, ESPN, Disney Jr., NFL Network, Food Network, etc.) available in living room and all 3 bedrooms. We also recently added a stainless steel 500 gallon fresh water cistern on the roof with pump and pressure tank for enhanced water pressure inside the house as well as backup for when the city water is down (island utilities can be unpredictable).

You might only see a handful of people on the beach and those are likely local Puerto Ricans out for a family stroll or perhaps the Department of Natural Resources inspector daily inspection and marking of the numerous turtle nests that line our beach. Hawksbill and Leatherback turtles can grow up to 1500 lbs! The ice cream man still drives by often with his whimsical music blaring. Flag him down for a cool treat on a warm day, then go jump back in the pool and float end to end looking up at the dozens of soaring coconut palms surrounding you overhead. Fire up the gas grill poolside and grill steaks or burgers and then linger over a long dinner seaside AND poolside with the relaxing sound of the Caribbean waves mere feet away. At night, you won't believe the thousands of stars in the dark, southern Caribbean sky (we see a falling star or two often). You will also surely relish the sweet sound of the tiny coqui frog as it sings the magical "ko kee" signature call all evening.
