Enjoy the ideal location of our beautiful downtown Denver loft. Watch a Rockies/Nuggets/Broncos or Avalanche game or have a microbrew at the myriad of different taprooms , numerous restaurants and live music venues nearby....all within walking distance. Ask about our season tickets to the Colorado Rockies or Denver Broncos; they can be packaged with the rental of the loft.

One bedroom, one bath loft. All linens provided plus a complete kitchen if you choose to dine in, enjoy your private balcony or the rooftop patio which has a gas BBQ available for your use. Underground heated parking garage spot included; which accommodates a compact car or standard SUV.(NO large oversized vehicles of any kind)
Our HOA requires rentals of at least 30 days.

Keywords: Coors Field, Denver, Loft, walk to everything...shopping, brew bars, restaurants, mountain views, bike trails, convention center, amusement park. Secured covered garage parking included. A huge plus in an urban setting. Just take the elevator to the 6th floor and you are home.

Ideal stay

Kim's place was absolutely perfect. Central to both downtown and the vibrant RiNo district, literally next to the ballpark, and convenient to public transportation and the highway. The loft was quite spacious and had everything you could want. This booking is a winner

Love this place!

Kim and Brenda were very nice, accommodating, and communicative. The loft’s location was great and the amenities made our 4 months stay easy and comfortable. We hope to stay at this place again when we’re back in Denver!

Month and Half Stay

I stayed in the unit for 1.5 months and thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The place was equipped with everything needed for an extended stay including a desk for a working station and a full kitchen. The place was located in a great location with a great view of the downtown area and of the mountains. The sunset views from the rooftop are a must see. I'd be happy to stay here again in the future. Thanks for the great stay!

Downtown Denver extended stay

Excellent loft apartment with a great location for many downtown activities. We live in an urban environment already and enjoyed all the access to music and food. You are in walking distance to the 5 points area, Coors stadium and lots and lots of bars and shopping. We were also there over the 4th of July and the fireworks were incredible from the deck. We enjoyed meeting our neighbors, both full time and part time. The owner is very responsive which is very appreciated as there are always questions when you have an extended stay.

Great spot for Rockies games

Comfortable loft for two. Quick walk to Coors field and secure parking. Kim is great to work with and very responsive. Would stay again.

Perfect stay

The loft is actually bigger than it appears in pictures - everything I needed was there plus extra (kitchen items, cleaning/laundry supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, extra sheets/blankets etc...) Host was extremely good at communicating and making sure I had everything I needed and was comfortable. The mountain views really made such a beautiful experience and high walkability in the area was amazing! If I return I will 100% be seeking this out again!

Denver with style

Incredible loft apartment. Great access to ballpark and within walking distance of so many attractions. The loft was clean, had great views and an amazing deck with grill and awesome place to hang out. The owner was fabulous with communication and extremely helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again, if given the opportunity.

Amazing Denver Loft

This place was absolutely wonderful! Excellent communication, never had an issue with Wifi, had everything I could need (and more)! 100% would recommend! The only two cons are: 1. the parking garage is very tight and 2. you have to be aware of your surroundings outside of the building (as is expected for popular areas in major cities).

Summer 2022 stay

The actual loft was very nice and Kim was a kind host however there were a lot of maintenance issues while I stayed. The elevator went out a couple times, the fob entry system was down multiple times, the AC broke and was leaking for 10 days before fixed. Overall the stay was fine, loft was clean and had what I needed but unfortunately the maintenance issues were challenging and put a damper on my stay. I feel that the property was overpriced for the state of the building and issues I encountered.

Excellent Stay for 3 Months

I am working remotely and was looking for a place to stay in Denver for 3 months. The loft was the perfect place! It is close to the highway for easy access to the mountains and is fairly centrally located in the city to walk to neighborhoods like RiNo or the lower Highlands. The only minor hardship I encountered is that the parking garage is a bit tight, but you get used to it. Kim was excellent with communication and I would certainly go back. Bonus points that all of my co-workers thought I had a fake background in my Zoom calls because the backdrop of the loft/kitchen looked so nice. : )

Awesome loft with a fantastic view! Exceeded expectations!

We had an amazing time! Checking in/out was easy, and the loft had everything we needed for our long term stay. It was spacious and clean and even better then what the pictures showed! Kim was extremely friendly, responsive and helpful with everything we needed and we would love to rent from him again in the future. What a gem!

Loft close to everything

This is our 2nd time at Kim's place, + we returned for a reason. He's always making sure our stay is comfortable. The loft is walkable to Union Station where you can catch the light rail or the airport shuttle that also brought us to the Gaylord winter festival, + downtown was decorated for Christmas. The Monet exhibit was at the museum + there were lights at the zoo + botanical gardens. Pretty sunrises + sunsets out the floor to ceiling windows. We definitely recommend

City living at its best.

We were attracted to this place because it was a loft apartment in the middle of LoDo and within walking distance of the center of the city. But we were delighted with the view and how well-appointed it was. Kim was there to greet us, (and later responded immediately to a glitch in the heating and got it repaired). Having the top floor had the advantage of little noise considering it was right by several restaurants and bars. And that's another appeal.....there was never a shortage of places to eat, get coffee, go to breweries, etc. We also were able to take the light rail frequently to further reaches. We stayed for over 2 months and would definitely stay here again.

A Home Away From Home

We used to live a few blocks from Kim and Brenda's loft and chose not to stay with family and friends for a month visit. Brenda made us feel at home instantly, and although photos can be misleading, the unit was even better than pictured and described. We had absolutely no issues with the property. Enjoyed a Rockies game. Loved walking downtown. Check out specials at Z's downstairs. Walked to "New" Union Station. Light Rail to Golden. Cog train up Pike's Peak. Visited old haunts and kids, grandkids, and friends. Great access to the freeways in any direction. Loved the heated, basement garage. Wish we could have stayed longer. Recommended without reservation.

I just spent six weeks at this property, and the loft and location were perfect to enjoy downtown Denver. The area was safe for walking and was near many great restaurants and other attractions. I parked my car in the heated garage and either walked or rode my bike - Denver is very bike friendly. The listing photos accurately depicted the rental's interior as well as the excellent exterior views. Kim and Brenda were very helpful in answering any questions and concerns I had. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to anyone who wants to be in the downtown area.
