-The area is home to wildlife—store food properly to avoid attracting animals.
*Please Note: Due to the mountainous terrain of the Smoky Mountains and the surrounding area, guests are required to arrive in a high-profile vehicle equipped with All-Wheel Drive or Four-Wheel Drive during the winter season and strongly recommended to do so year-round. Access roads leading to some of our properties may include narrow roads, gravel, and/or paved surfaces, and steep grades.*
