Prepare for a one-of-a-kind getaway as you step onto our stationary 50-foot houseboat, perfectly nestled in Sunset Marina. With unbeatable views and endless amenities, this floating oasis offers a unique experience like no other. While the ContraBrand Hideaway remains moored at Sunset Marina for your safety and convenience, there's no shortage of excitement and entertainment just steps away.

Savor the serenity of lakefront living from the moment you arrive. Our cozy yet spacious houseboat features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, providing comfortable accommodations for your group of adventurers. Relax in the inviting living area, whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or simply unwind on the rooftop deck as you soak in the breathtaking vistas of Lake Chelan and the surrounding mountains.

Sunset Marina itself offers a wealth of amenities, including a clubhouse with additional food prep areas, shower suites, game room, and lounge space. Gather around the outdoor fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars, or fire up the BBQ for a lakeside cookout with your guests.

For those craving adventure, boat and jet ski rentals are conveniently located next door, while Lakeside Surf and SlideWaters water park beckon across the street. And when it's time to explore the charms of downtown Chelan, you're just a short drive (or leisurely stroll) away from a vibrant array of restaurants, shops, tasting rooms, and breweries.


HOUSEBOAT DETAILS:
- 2 bedrooms (queen sized bed + two twin bunks)
- Pull out couch in the living room (full sized)
- 1 full bathroom (split in two: vanity & sink in one room, walk-in shower and vanity in another room)
- Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances

- Massive rooftop deck great for catching the sunrise, sunset and all the shooting stars in between!
- WiFi (**may not be the best internet, given how far the houseboat is from the clubhouse**)

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
**This is a floating, overnight sleeping accommodation only. It is not available to cruise on the lake.

**May not be ideal for those highly prone to sea sickness.

**There is no swimming allowed in the marina, however kayaking and paddle-boarding are allowed. The water slide is also not available for guests’ use.

**We are family friendly, however the boat is not child proof. Please note the steep spiral staircase to the roof top deck and the bow (front deck) is not fully enclosed.

**Stays longer than 4 nights may not be accepted, please inquire first.

**The houseboat has a certain size septic tank and guests are kindly asked to conserve wastewater. Pump outs during a stay are an added cost of $250.

**Due to this accommodation being on the water, guests should anticipate lake wildlife, such as ducks, geese, gnats, bees/wasps, etc.


RENTAL RULES:
- Max of 6 guests (space will be tight for 6 adults)
- Parking for 1 vehicle only at Sunset Marina
- Quiet hours: 9pm-8am (Sun-Thu) & 10pm-8am (Fri & Sat)
- No pets allowed
*Please note the houseboat is not pet free; owners who use the boat often, have non hypoallergenic pets

BOATS & TRAILERS:
Bringing a boat or trailer? Unfortunately, trailer parking is not allowed at Sunset Marina. Please reach out for recommendations where you can park, launch and moor a boat during your stay. There is no short-term moorage allowed in the marina either. Month long rentals are available, and you can contact Sunset Marina for details.


CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES:
Outside cameras: Sunset Marina has several security cameras on the property overlooking the club house and marina. There are no cameras on/in the houseboat.


VISITING LAKE CHELAN:
Lake Chelan has a lot to offer to every group and family. When you are not water skiing, boating, swimming at the lake or wine tasting, you can enjoy all that downtown Chelan has to offer and stroll home. In the winter time, take in the beautiful snow capped mountains and come enjoy the many events Manson and Chelan put on (Christmas at the Lake, Winterfest, Red Wine & Chocolate, and winery hosted dinners).


GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking
2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted and provide valid ID
3. $500 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported.
