Beautiful, well maintained home in a quiet and convenient neighborhood.

My wife and I stayed here January & February 2019. Stay was wonderful and the home, pool & hot tub were great. Very nice area suitable for walking or bike riding. The owner is very responsive to email or phone calls.

Great guest! Payed attention to the workings of the house, communicated well and left the house very clean. I would recommend the Valitutto family anytime!

Just wonderful

This House is just Perfect for a stay on the gulf side, if you want to See Naples Area, Sanibel Island.. John-the owner- is very friendly, also their neighbors. The Pool, the Garden with its fruit trees are just phenomenal. The Interieur of the House is Perfect and its well equiped.

Outstanding vacation! Highly recommended!

The house is very clean and was equipped with everything we needed. We loved that there were a lot of books and movies to choose from. In addition, the Wi-fi connection was excellent. The most wonderful part of the house was the backyard with the warm pool overlooking an amazing canal. We actually saw dolphins in the canal! The neighborhood is quiet and the owner is a very nice person! We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!!!

Great house! Amenities are perfect!

This was our first stay in Cape Coral and it was great! We had a wonderful time at the home. John responded immediately to any of our questions and was very helpful. We rented a boat for the week so being right on the canal was really convenient. We took two 17 year olds and they had a blast in the pool and hot tub. The house was comfortable and well stocked. The neighborhood was very quiet and made for nice evening walks. Thank you for a great stay!

Cape Coral Getaway

My wife and I throughly enjoyed ourselves. The house is in a really nice neighborhood on a canal. The heated pool and the hot tub was perfect. The house is close to Midpoint Btidge which connects to Fort Myers. It is also close to churches, shopping malls, grocery stores, beaches and nice restaurants. John and Karen were great host. If I had a question, John would answer or get right back to me. Planning on returning next year.

Nice stay, nice place

Some issue with tv and pool experience, and too many plants surrounding the pool with standing water pockets causing mosquitoes to populate inside the screened in lanai… So that wasn’t as pleasant as it could be especially in the evenings trying to enjoy the lanai area/space. But overall a nice stay/place. Only has antenna TV in living room, no basic cable found and TV is too old to connect modern Roku stick/fire stick that I travel with or newer free tv apps… Highly recommend getting new TVs for the living room and bedrooms as they are so cheap nowadays and much better quality with all the new built-in modern apps. WiFi was pretty solid. I would stay there again, very central to all the area has to offer

Roomy and Comfy but...

Overall, this place is roomy and comfy. The communication with the owner was easy and timely. The lanai and hot tub were very nice. The location is a good one. The pool was inviting but a little too cool for swimming in February. We understand that owners in the area had their challenges with Hurricane Ian (there are no shingles on the roof). But this place has a number of small items that need maintenance inside. We gave the owner a list of more than a dozen items that need attention. We did some of our own maintenance and the owner had to call someone in to repair leaky plumbing under the kitchen sink. For the price we paid we expected that the place would be better maintained than it was.

We are always appreciative when guests let us know what needs attention. One of the items on the list was a lumpy mattress, only thing is I didn’t recognize the mattress as being the one I bought a few years back! I think one of my longer term guests replaced it without letting me know! A beautiful new memory foam mattress was delivered this week and I just got word the contractor will be replacing our damaged roof in the next two weeks! It was a fair review and I think we will soon be back to our usual 5 star ratings we have enjoyed these past 15 years we have been hosting! .Thank you Gerald for all your insight! John

Convenient and comfortable

The property location was great- easy to Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Pine Island, and the airport. The house is in a nice and safe area. The house was fairly well stocked with towels, beach stuff, and in the kitchen. The owner checked in with us a few times to see if there was anything we need. The beds were comfortable, the hot tub stays hot and the pool was great and clean. The lanai with canal behind is nice. The house met our needs. Some items require updating - master bed vertical blinds missing(purchased but not installed), kitchen sink/disposal doesn’t drain properly, living room recliner broken like an elephant sat on it. These items probably not discovered after the last renter. 2 bikes are available that will only fit pre-teens. No cooler was on site (we left one for the next renter).

If you want rest relaxation and plenty to do this is the place

The house has everything you could want and is a home from home. Pool is large and hot tub is such a bonus! We live in Cocoa beach area! Yeh you say why!? Well we need to get away too.:-) We loved Cape Coral and the people are so friendly. John the owner is wonderful you need to ask a question he’s there! You won’t be disappointed. Very quiet and peaceful area.

Homey artsy feel to home.

Pool was 94 degrees! Home was very clean, well stocked for all of our needs. Quiet neighborhood. Sunsets and sunrises were gorgeous. Could even park the car in the garage. A piano was a fun surprise. Many games, puzzles, movies, books for lazy days at home. Open design led to many close family activities. 5 mins to movies, shopping, & dining. Incredible Gulf Coast beaches 1/2 hour away. I would easily & happily stay here again!

living the dream

This was the first time we stayed in a home in cape coral.We absolutely loved this beautiful home.The location was great,right on a canal,and close enough to stores and dining.The neighborhood was very quiet.The home was roomy and well equipted with all the fundamentals for a relaxing vacation.The pool was the highlite for us,we swam in it several times a day.The trees and plants added to the privacy and were very beautiful.John was available for any questions we had.We hope to return next year for a month rental.

Great house and great location!

This house has a great location, super close to beaches (both in Fort Myers and Sanibel), restaurants and shopping. The house has everything you could need and is super comfy, it feels just like you were home. We spent most the time outside on the lanai and in the pool with the hot tub at night. Will definitely be back!

The rental property is in a very nice neighborhood of Cape Coral and is convenient to shopping

The property is very well maintained with a pool and hot tub that is serviced weekly as is the yard as well. It is very convenient to Veterans Blvd. and the midpoint bridge to Ft. Myers. Coral Point Mall is right up Del Prado Blvd. with a Publix and Walmart. Sanibel Island and Ft Myers beach is easily accessible as are many restaurants. The owner is very pleasant to do business with and is very attentive to any problems or questions that may arise.

Paradise...a home with it all!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two months in Cape Coral. John was very responsive to all our questions. The location was very convenient, as we had friends in Fort Myers and Pine Island. The home was stocked with essentials, bikes, games, books, and Walmart and Publix were close by. We spent most of our time on the lanai, also enjoying the pool, hot tub, and canal. We would recommend this rental to anyone, and we plan to return.

Perfect getaway location with great pool & hot tub

What a fabulous rental location! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house. It's in a neighborhood on the canal system, but was very private due to all the fabulous trees surrounding the lanai. We spent most of our time on the lanai - grilling, eating, having coffee or drinks, soaking in the hot tub, and swimming in the pool. We also enjoyed watching the green iguanas on the canal wall. John was very responsive and did a great job answering any questions we had. We brought our kayaks and put them in from the dock at the house and at the nearby park. We'll look forward to visiting again!

Wonderful and peaceful!

Very practical and reasonably furnished. We especially liked all the books and games. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a real home away from home.
