Paradise Island charming and clean apartment in the best location ever; the best beach is literally just about a 5 to 7 minute walk .

Walking distance to Atlantis resort and casino, the luxurious One & Only Ocean Club resort, Ashram yoga, marinas, spas, golf course.

Conveniently located near to convenience stores, liquor store, banks, shops, nightlife, coffee shops, bars, casual and fine dining restaurants and last but not least; the best beach..

Tiled throughout, this property is fully furnished, has air-conditioning systems, hot and cold water, free WiFi, flat screen smart TV, comfy Queen sized bed and more in the unit. Other amenities includes small communal swimming pool, on-site laundry room and free parking on the premises.

Within a 7 minute walking distance, you will find all water sports including sailing and water-skiing on 500 foot private beach. There is also the Atlantis Resorts and casino, water parks, marinas, duty free shopping, casual and fine dining restaurants, bars, various nightlife, spas, the yoga retreat, and a beautiful 18-hole championship course.

Downtown Nassau ( the capital) is only a 10 minute taxi or ferry boat ride.

Check in is 4pm or after.
Check out is by 10am

Overall enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again! Tam provided very useful information prior to our arrival. However, we had an issue with the toilet—it stopped working twice because the chain in the tank would undo itself.

This was a nice, safe spot in Paradise Island within walking distance of beaches and downtown Nassau. Great alternative to the resorts!

Amazing Stay!!

Beautiful stay right next to everything on Paradise Island with a pool and nice private back patio at a super reasonable price great for two people, we had an iguana hanging around for a couple days too, Tam was very responsive and gave us a taxi number from airport and back who was a super nice guy, she also gave a list of multiple places to check out and food options, eating out everyday can become a lil pricey but there are perfect amenities in villa for home cooked meals too! it was a 10 out of 10 highpy recommend!!

Comfortable & Great Location

The unit was exactly as described and only unit with a private patio. Kitchen was well equipped. We were often only ones at the pool. Location is walking distance to Atlantis, shopping, restaurants, water taxi, boat tours, and Cabbage Beach. Overall, a very good value and enjoyable stay!

Awesome Stay!

Enjoyed my stay very much & will definitely come back. The condo has all that you need for a vacation & just a short walk to the shops & Atlantis. Tee was a great host & kept in contact with us. She also helped us coordinate a taxi driver to and from the airport. He was also extremely nice & prompt. Thanks T for letting us also check out late 😊♥️

Lovely condo

The condo was comfy and cozy. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Short distance (walk) from Atlantis, marina village and beach. The condo was clean and neat. Tam is a wonderful host. She was available to answer all my questions prior and during my stay. Cooking items were available in the condo for cooking home meals. We can’t wait to return to paradise island.

Location, location, location

Basically, you get what you pay for, if you want to be centrally located on Paradise Island and you are on a shoestring budget. BUT .... I only gave it a 3 star rating because the sliding door(s) need to be fixed, the outside area needs to be cleaned up and the toilet lid needs to be replaced. Those being completed I would give it a 4 star rating. I would not give it a 5 star rating because the neighbors let their dogs bark whenever they were out which was quite often. Just turn up the TV whenever you are in the room and your good to go.

Paradise Island Villa

Unfortunately our trip started on a sour note - the property description indicated parking was included. Just prior to arriving the owner told us that we would have to park behind their car for the stay so as not to block other owners. We arrived after dark and parked as tightly as possible behind her car and ended up with a scraped front fender on our rental.There was coffee, orange juice and water provided on our arrival as well as various things left by previous guests but everything felt just ok - not wow. The mismatched cutlery, plates and pots and pans seemd scrambled together and the can opener was so rusted we felt it was unsafe to use. The smoke alarm was discinnected and in a kitchen cupboard. Water pressure was very low, the toilet required three flushes while holding down the handle. We found we had to wash our feet before getting into bed at night - they were black from the floor. The patio area was a bonus but it too felt neglected, the plants needed loving/cleaning up. There were discarded, dirty mops outside by the pool and the surrounding tiles were chipped. The entire outdoor areas were run down. The laundry facilities were filthy with outdated,rusted equipment.We would not recommend.

Paradise island Condo

Apartment was clean and had everything we needed (e.g. cooking utensils, towels, etc.) My wife was on a knee scooter because of foot surgery. Multiple steps and levels to get into apartment was a challenge. Clearly not handicap accessible. When notified, owner immediately provided key to back gate and this helped immensely. Outside was a bit rundown, but inside was nice. Lots of stray cats and a barking dog. Noisy.

Small condo with the needed things available. Washer and dryer available for additional payment ( needed quarters to use them ). We had some trouble to find the apartment (address is not easy to find on google maps). Check in / check out was easy and the owner let us stay longer, because we had an kate flight. A Perfect Hideaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paradise Villas. We had the beach to ourselves with nice snorkeling on the east end of Cabbage Beach, absolutely beautiful beach, water, and walk. Very easy walking, eating, drinking. The villa is great for hanging in as well. Back porch for dining and lizard watching. The pool, outside our door, very clean and refreshing after a day at the beach. Tam is the ultimate host, with much information for your stay. She knows her Island well, and will respond immediately to your inquiries. She arranged a taxi for us, complementary breakfast, and “island ease” for a most relaxing stay. The reason we booked? The reviews. All said they’d return. Us too,. Thank you Tam.

I would like to say from the beginning to the end of our stay was awesome. Tammy the owner of the property where we stayed at was an excellent host from the first day to the last day. The area was quiet nice, clean , and peaceful and just what we needed. The places where we walk to which was about a 12 to 13 minute walk was worth the walk. I will say though it is expensive so make sure when you go you have plenty of funds . I recommend her and her place to stay if it’s justTwo of you going together again the best anniversary and birthday getaway I’ve had.

Perfect location

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Paradise Villas. The location was perfect. You could take advantage of the amenities of Atlantis, while not feeling guilty about going off property. Tam was great! She was unbelievably thorough in the preparation she provides. We would definitely come back!

Great alternative to Atlantis

Great location. Far enough away from the bustle of the Atlantis resort to be peaceful, but within walking distance of what you need. Tam was very helpful throughout the whole process. Certainly a top pick if the beach is a priority. Probably worth renting a car if you are staying at this location and plan on exploring more of the island and escaping the Atlantis bubble, as cab fares can add up very quickly (around a minimum of $25/ride, usually more).

Sweet hostess & great place to stay!

Tam was a very gracious and attentive Host, She arranged a Taxi for us at the Airport. Her place is well situated on Paradise Island. Close to many attraction's all within a 15 minute walk from the Condo. Beach access is 15 minute walk. Cabbage Beach is about 20 minutes up the road. She would check up on us an make sure everything is ok. Tam's place is within walking distance to all of the Atlantis resorts. You can take a free shuttle from one resort to another. You can also if you are at the Marina Village and you are tired take the courtesy shuttle at Atlantis Reef back to Atlantic Coral it is about a 10 minute walk to her Condo. Good advice. Do your grocery shopping at a grocery store in Nassau close to the bridge to Paradise Island. Be prepared as groceries are expensive. But the weather is great, and Tam will do whatever she can to make your stay enjoyable

Wonderful host from start to finish

Tam was a wonderful host from start to finish. She was very accommodating, communicative and helpful. The place is great - very clean and only a few minute walk to Atlantis, the beach and a local market. Tam stayed in contact with us throughout the entire trip to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again!

Very convenient location on Paradise Island!!!!

The host was very accommodating and extremely quick to respond. She even provided fruit for breakfast along with water and some refreshing drinks. We had a late flight back home, and because the villa wasn't booked that day, we were given a later check-out time. She even arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport.

Really convenient and awesome apartment!

This was a really great apartment for my friend and I for a quick visit to the Bahamas. We were in a very convenient area on Paradise Island, so we were within walking distance of Cabbage beach, a ton of restaurants, Atlantis, and places to shop. It was the perfect home base for us and Tam was really communicative and easy to get in touch with and she provided a lot of great recommendations. We would definitely recommend!

Paradise Island is safe, clean, quiet, scenic community with reliable utilities.
The condominium complex itself is small and quiet.
Fully equipped and basically supplied kitchen (tea, coffee, cleaners, etc), living room, cable tv, wifi, parking, central a/c, washer/dryer (on property) , towels, shower curtain, bath mats, complimentary shampoo and bath gel , 100% cotton bedding.

It is centrally located between all the resorts on Paradise island. An easy walk to the Atlantis resort, luxurious One & Only Ocean Club, golf course, spas, convenience store, shops, nightlife, restaurants, casino, banks, hotels and the beaches.

The condo is an easy walk across the street to Cabbage Beach which is situated along the stretch for Atlantis, RIU and One and Only Ocean Club and other small hotels. If you are like me and prefer the beach instead of the pool you will find that the beach is made soft sand, clear turquoise blue water, aside from swimming, it is ideal for a picnic and people watching.

Ferry boats to Nassau Island, Bay St. shops, Straw Market, Bahamian crafts market, cruise ship harbour, Arawak Cay (Fish Fry) horse & carriage rides, restaurants and hotels, Government House, Historic Charles Towne, National Art Gallery, Nassau's oldest churches, Courts, Parliament, Rawson Square, the Public Library, banks, 30 minutes from airport.
