Perfect Disney Stay

Super clean and well appointed, this property had everything we needed to make our 3 day stay in Orlando comfortable and hassle free. We loved the floor plan, decor and its proximity to the pools & other amenities!

Great base for parks

Really clean, comfortable modern house and more spacious than I expected. We had a great stay and so pleased we booked through innovare, they were very responsive and helpful. Resort pool was lovely and area was nice and quiet.

Me and my Mom Loved it!!! Definitely going back. Everything was as advertised and the cleanliness was amazing! We enjoyed every second of it!

The house itself was clean and comfortable.The pool temperature was good ( paid for heating). There was very scratched non-stick cookware which is apparently a health hazard, but was able to use glass pans for baking. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. The coffee maker leaked but there was a back up one which worked fine. There was a loud party one night which lasted off and on for hours in spite of being near the guard shack. We had concerns someone was coming in our back yard at night.

Weekend get away..

I stayed a weekend at this beautiful resort with my family. The location was convenient and easily accessible to stores that I needed. The only downfall was that the hours of the resort, such as the pool and clubhouse, are different than what I was informed. We also had an issue with ants. Waking up multiple times in the master bedroom with ants in the bed. Didn’t seem to bother me much. Simply slept in another room and reached out to owner about it after the trip. Other then that very nice place to stay and will be going back soon.

The property itself was lovely. Very spacious, nicely decorated and clean upon check-in. The location proximity to the clubhouse is very convenient. We checked in very late at night and easily got through security at the gate. However, during the day we did see long lines of people checking in with security. Would recommend getting to the pool area very early in the day because people do hold chairs and they become un unavailable later in the morning. There did seem to be a staffing issue as some of the pool/snack bars were closed during peak hours while we were there.The low rating is due to the sales office managing the property. I was charged a damaged fee after checkout for a damage that we did not cause. The pictures provided did not correlate to the cost they are charging me for damages. What they are considering damages are not really damages, but rather normal wear and tear on the property.. Additionally, we did not cause the “damages” and the sales office failed to provide proof that they were not there prior to our visit. The sales office did not help me with the dispute, but rather referred me to Vrbo directly. Very time-consuming to have to try to dispute a bogus damage charge with Vrbo. Before this happened I was very happy with my stay and would have booked here again. I did attempt to rectify this with the sales office prior to leaving the review but in all transparency would warn others to be diligent in documenting normal wear and tear upon check in.
