What We Love
Indulge in four seasons of scenic splendor at this custom-built log cabin retreat. Complete with long-range views of Killington Mountain, this gorgeous gem comes fully furnished for modern country comfort. A network of VAST trails throughout the nearly 66-acre property offers plenty to explore and can accommodate everything from snowmobiles to horses. Enjoy incredible sunsets from the hot tub at the end of a long day of outdoor fun. A Ping-Pong table, Snowshoes, board games, and a PlayStation 4 provided plenty of indoor/outdoor entertainment while at home. The lodge is also just a short drive from the charming Village of Woodstock along with seasonal resort recreation at Killington and Okemo.

The impressive great room boasts vaulted ceilings, with stunning, arched cathedral-style windows showcasing the magnificent outdoor views. The deluxe gourmet kitchen opens to the great room on one side, a formal dining room on the other, and includes a set of French doors that open out to the wraparound deck which features phenomenal views. An upstairs sitting room shares its view out the cathedral window offering a sunny and scenic spot to crack open a good book. Radiant floor heating is equipped on all three levels. A 20kw whole-house propane generator ensures reliable power throughout the year.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Belongs in a magazine!

The outrageous scenery and intricate cabin was a true experience for my family. We saw about seven deer less than 30 minutes of being there and the hot tub view has an astounding view! We got to enjoy some squalls of snow even to make it picturesque. perfect entertainment for adults and children of all ages in sizes Certainly on the return roster.

Great property and beautiful views. Not too far from Killington. A wonderful trip to remember. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Beautiful Cabin

The property and the Cabin are absolutely beautiful. Great for families of all size.. We had a couple of hiccups when we first got there, but the customer service took care of us very well! Just a side note pack some extra essentials like trash bags, paper towels, etc., the cabin had some but not a lot!!

Wonderful property. Outstanding views . Very spacious and comfortable. Management of same is quite questionable. We reported a significant leak issue with fridge. We were promised a return call and visit from the “local team”. Never happened. Very disappointing.

If you want to get away...

This rental is perfect if you want to get away. The WIFI in the house works great, but don't expect a signal if you go for a walk, LOL. The home is magnificent, the beds are comfortable, the amenities were better than described, and the view doesn't get old. Thanks to the host and hostess.

Beautiful cabin and property.

Beautiful cabin and property with great views of the Vermont woods and mountains. Very private estate if you want some quite time. The home was very clean, cozy and plenty of activities for the family. Hot tub worked great and offered panoramic views of the mountains. Sam was very helpful and attentive when I had questions about the property. We look forward to returning again in the future.

Beautiful Cabin, Lacking Property Management

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful log cabin for our wedding anniversary. Spacious, comfortable, and absolutely tranquil. As ideal of a rental for families with kids or pets as it is for a romantic getaway. Unfortunately for us though, the advertised screened-in porch, deck seating and dining table (as seen on VRBO), were not set up. We booked 9 nights leading up to June 1 - 6 weeks in advance. Sure it rains and weather is choppy in the Spring, but there was plenty of time and opportune weather days prior to our stay for these elements to be in place. On 60-70 degree afternoons/evenings, our only option for exterior seating was away from the house in a field of ticks. We called the management company and let them know about this - and about a tractor that was dropped off and placed directly in line of view from the large window overlooking the property. They took our messages and said local management would reach out. They did not call back or seem to have any interest in resolving these issues. Vacasa also told us, prior to check-in, that this rental didn’t include firewood, cooking utensils, etc. - which, of course, it did. They are inconsistent, inaccurate and dismissive - really a complete disservice to the owners guests of this property.

awesome stay!!!!!

loved it so much!!!! luxury mansion in the beautiful vermont countryside. feels very secluded but minutes from quechee and woodstock. would def stay again!!!!
