Host response was excellent. They took care of three minor issues right away. Lots of space for family (4 adults and 4 kids) from out of town visiting for the holidays.

The house is as nice as appears in the listing. Big rooms, very comfortable, great deck, outdoors shower - perfect for after the beach. A quiet public beach is a 7minute walk and the restaurant/bar at the marina - 3 minutes. Really easy for a family.

The house is so large and beautiful as well as super clean! It’s a great location about a 5 minute walk from the free public beach and had beautiful bay and ocean views! The host was so responsive and helpful with any and all questions I had (about finding out where the beach is, parking, she even sent someone to fix some stuff we noticed was broken at the house asap). Would definitely recommend anyone with a larger group looking to stay at the Jersey Shore to stay here. We had a wonderful experience and would love to go back!

Great experience all around

We had a great time and a very comfortable home for a larger group. Dee was beyond helpful, very communicative and any questions we had she responded promptly. Very nice area, close to the beach and the local shops and restaurants. The house was spacious, very clean and on a quiet block by the bay. Nice backyard area that all the kids were able to run around and play. Highly recommend this home!

Lovely Stay

We rented the property to stay at for my son's wedding at Windows on the Water (just a mile from the property). We had a very lovely stay and would definitely recommend the house to others. Conveniently located and very clean!

Amazing house and location

We had a group of 8 adults to enjoy memorial day weekend. The house is really nice, pictures don’t do it justice. very spacious with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. It is walkable to many close bars/ restaurants. Dee was very responsive, quick to get back to me. Highly recommend!

I could not be happier with the house. It was clean, the beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for my big group. The 2 things that could have been better. 1. There was no eating area our larger group. Thanks to the beautiful weather. We were able to spread out using inside and outside 2. There could be more dishes, glasses and cutlery. Having said that, the house is 5 stars. We had a great visit.

My best VRBO stay!

We loved this house - it was big enough that 4 adults and 4 kids never felt cramped, even when we were stuck inside because of a storm! The place was great, close to the beach, walkable to restaurants and stores, and the host was super communicative and helpful, even though it was a holiday weekend! We'd love to come back and make it our yearly 4th of July house!

Spacious and clean house, great for hosting!

Host was welcoming and very easy to communicate with. The house is lovely, well kept, clean, with very comfy beds. Great deck, and a beautiful fenced in backyard that our dog was about to enjoy. Thanks Dee - you have a beautiful home with beautiful views of the river, we caught multiple sunsets!

Wedding Weekend

Our host was Dee. She was on top of all our questions and super helpful in all areas of our stay. The house is on a fantastic dead end block, and has bay views at the end of street. Great location and right near the beach. Definitely has enough room throughout the house. Can easily host 10 or more people comfortably.

Wedding weekend

I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home for my daughters wedding weekend which was in a nearby venue. The scenery surrounding the marina and the bay is breathtaking. I wss impressed by the cleanliness of the home. I also told my host about the amazing bedding on all the beds which gave us amazing nights of sleep while there. I would definitely stay there again on my next vacation. Host was easy to get in touch with with any questions that I had. Great experience and would highly recommend

Wedding Weekend

We needed a big place for this weekend for friends and family. With the 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it was perfect. Located between the Atlantic Ocean just south of Sandy Hook on one side and along the Shrewsbury river on the other it was the perfect location. The sunrise over the ocean and sunsets over the river were spectacular. Dee was our contact and she was wonderful. She could not have made it any easier and if we needed anything she was easily contacted. She made our weekend great.

We had a great time staying at this well appointed home for our wedding weekend. Check in was easy with a code for the door, host was communicative about entry and house policy. The bedrooms are spacious and clean, the house is huge! Plenty of sheets towels etc. My fiancee and I stayed in the big room upstairs and enjoyed the river views. A friend, her husband, and infant stayed downstairs and were grateful for the pack and play and comfortable furniture. The kitchen was great - had everything we needed for cooking, hosting, and reheating leftovers. Saturday morning we had all of my (9) bridesmaids/men at the house along with some family to get ready. The space was perfect with the huge kitchen island for everyone to have their supplies out. Three makeup and hair artists had plenty of room to do their work. The photographer took pictures of the bridal party outside and down by the river which was great. We didn't spend much time outside in the backyard but it was a good size and the deck was very nice. We spent Sunday and Monday in Sea Bright - the house is in a great spot near Even Tide restaurant and the beach. It was perfect!
