Charming Tudor-Style Home with Ultimate Privacy in the Highlands

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your kind words about the yard, pool, and privacy. I’d like to address a few of your concerns: All personal belongings have been put away, and the home is exactly as shown in the photos. There are extra pillows and sheet in the upstairs closets; table linens in the hall closet - should a guest wish to use; kitchen appliances in the downstairs bedroom - as noted in the house welcome info, games for children in the basement closet, noted in welcome info. There are indeed adult-sized beds in the basement, and I apologize if there was any confusion regarding this. I have used them myself and am a 59yo. The second TV is located on the outside porch, inside a weatherproof box, and is fully functional with an apple TV and could have been moved to the basement fr use - also noted in the welcome info. Regarding the refrigerator, it was thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. The only items left were in the freezer, the bottom unit; a bag of coffee, frozen empanadas, and ice packs, for use at the beach. As for the basement odor, we did experience a water leak, which was promptly cleaned up. (I emailed you about this.) I placed fans and odor neutralizers in the area to address the issue, but I’m sorry if this was still noticeable during your stay. Finally, upon my return, I found several issues that I’m concerned about. There was trash and empty water bottles scattered around the house, two stolen pool towels, a ripped bedspread, and dirty shorts with stains. Given that I had left a stellar review for your group, I’d hope we could maintain a respectful standard of care for the property. Again, I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the beaches and restaurants.
