Stoneridge Cottage II is a two person, one bedroom “adults only” cottage that is equipped with everything you need for a home away from home. It is beautifully designed with a mix of stone, hardwood floors, wood ceiling, tile, custom kitchen cabinets and designer décor. Amenities include:

- It has a flat screen TV with Blu-ray DVD player
- The TV is connected to DirecTV with all the movie channels.
- Wi-Fi service.
- Cell Phone service is available for Verizon, AT&T and Sprint customers.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including: appliances, both
auto drip and Keurig coffee pots with coffee and K-cups, eating utensils, glasses
and dishes, pot and pans, toaster, microwave, ice maker, Bounty paper towels,
napkins, sugar and sweeteners, dish washing detergent, dish cloth and drying
towels.
- In the bathroom, we supply wash cloths, bath towels, Lever 2000 full size soaps
and Charmin toilet paper.
- The bedroom is supplied with pillows, bed linens, spreads and blankets.
- There is a screen porch on the back of the cottage and a patio area with a gas
grill, fire pit and private hot tub that overlook the beautiful valley and the
spectacular sunsets.

The view from Stoneridge Cottage II is an unlimited vista year round revealing the valley below and the distant mountains. This magnificent view is visible from every square foot of the cottage. Outside, you can enjoy the view from our cozy screened porch or romantic hot tub for two. The view affords brilliant sunsets, phenomenal cloud formations, distant rain storms, rolling fog and the train as it passes through the valley.

The cottage is conveniently located within walking distance to charming downtown Mentone. Once there, you can enjoy browsing unique shops and the craft village, or have lunch or dinner in one of its charming restaurants. There are many scenic roads in the area and places of interest, such as Desoto Falls, Little River Canyon, Rock City in Chattanooga and more.

We at Stoneridge Cottages want you to know that we are continuing our practice of providing you with the cleanest rental possible. For your added protection during this COVID-19 pandemic, we have taken steps to be even cleaner by sanitizing all commonly used hard surfaces. This includes, but not limited to remote controls, counter tops, doorknobs, appliance handles, bathroom and kitchen cabinet knobs, microwave, railings, light switches, and sink and bathtub handles. And of course, we will continue to replace the icemaker ice between rentals.
