The Guesthouse at Alfred Frey Estate epitomizes Desert Modernism as he was the founder of it himself. This property boasts over 5,000 square feet of living space on an acre of sprawling desert oasis. Set aback behind the main street and off its own roundabout driveway, the alluring tinted windows for total privacy draw you into the nicest of Desert Modernism homes.

As the founder of Desert Modernism, Albert Frey and his predecessor Mike Fedderly in his redesign left no stone unturned. This masterpiece boasts a large open chef's kitchen with built in appliances with views galore.

The disappearing wall that is a rimless slider propels the expansive views, including of a long creek. The sounds are so serene, you can turn the running water on or off with a switch.

As this estate is sprawling we have separate parking, entry and access for the guesthome verse the main home. You can rent both together for the full 5,000 square feet of living space. For most this is overboard. The guest house is about a quarter acre away from the main house.

*This listing is for the *guest house* which is the size of your typical house that is 3 bed 2 baths. It has separate living space, a full kitchen, and a private patio. The mainhome is another aprox. 3,800 square feet and can be booked at this link:
