Hook Haven is loaded with modern conveniences and luxuries. This spacious 3 floor layout gives you ample room for spreading out. The house backs to a peaceful and private wooded area with pond, where you can relax with a cocktail while grilling on the patio.

The ground floor has a king-sized master suite, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, dining area and living room with cathedral ceiling and large flat-screen TV with Roku for all your streaming favorites. A bright sun room with seating area, plenty of closet space, full size washer-dryer and a powder room complete the 1st floor.

The upper level of the home has a second, king-sized master suite, a 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds, a 3rd full hall bathroom. Also on the upper level you will find a cozy loft area with a futon and a brand new 32 inch smart TV. There is even a fun secret nook set up for the very little ones.

The lower level has a fourth bedroom with a queen bed and a fifth bedroom with 2 twin beds, along with a shared full bath with tub and shower. Interested in family game night? A round table and chairs and loads of games and cards for young and old await! The lower level also includes a second seating area with a new 55 inch smart TV to spread out for movie night. A desk area completes the lower level.

In the garage, you'll find beach chairs, bikes, helmets, soft sided beach coolers and an assortment of other beach-related equipment for your use. Entry to the Breakwater Junction Trail connecting Rehoboth Beach and Lewes is just outside the entrance of the development for biking, walking, or jogging.

Revelation Craft Brewery is a short walk from the front door with delicious DaNizza Wood-Fired Pizza Truck across the street. The West Side Creative Market is on the same corner and open every Monday and Friday during the summer.

Rain or shine, you will have a wonderful, comfortable stay at Hook Haven and build many lasting memories!

THINGS TO KNOW

Guest access: Guests will be given a code for the front door at or before 4PM on check-in day.

Parking notes: There is free driveway parking available for 2 vehicles. Plenty of free parking in community parking lot nearby.

IMPORTANT: We do not provide Sheets or Towels for your stay. Each bed is provided with 2 pillows and a comforter. Please let us know if you have any questions prior to your stay. If you need a company to supply sheets and towels we will happily refer you to the company we recommend!

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Guests must also sign a rental agreement provided by the HOA. No pets please. We love our fur babies, but do not allow pets at our rentals at this time. This home has been exposed to dogs for those with allergies.
