During the Summer season we can arrange for a daily beach chair and umbrella set-up for you in a prime location on the beach. All you have to do is walk down and relax to the soothing beauty and the sound of the ocean waves! And if it is a little cooler on a Winter day the Indoor Saltwater Hot Tub is ready for you! Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter Memories is the place to relax and rejuvenate.

ROARING FIRES are fantastic anytime of year! We have added a propane fire pit for your outdoor enjoyment and we will arrange a phenomenal private beach bonfire for you and your guests to enjoy! During the Fall, Spring and Winter seasons our two beautiful fireplaces warm the room and your heart! And of course the outdoor grill is always available for preparing those delicious meals! And if you want a Roaring Fire along with some delicious food a Beach Party offers the Best of Both! Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Seafood, or anything you want can be cooked for you on the beach along with a Tiki hut for an Absolute Memorable Evening you and your guests will never forget!!

AND for your SPORTS and RECREATION FUN we have a putting green in the front lawn, pool table, and corn hole game along with the endless swim lane that is a feature of the rooftop heated pool! We can also arrange golf, pickle ball, tennis and swimming at the Rehoboth Beach Country Club as a guest of Mr. Talley. In addition, sailing is available at the Rehoboth Beach Sailing Association as well as paddle boarding, kayaking and jet skiing in the immediate area on the Rehoboth Bay. Memories is a home that has been in the Talley family for over 60 years. The owner's Mother and Father built the original cottage and the owner, Gary Talley, built the spectacular state of the art house described above around the original cottage, adding on two stories with an elevator and rooftop deck. Gary Talley has preserved the charm of the original cottage in honor of his parents and the many good memories he has of their family getting together for reunions at the beach and has maintained the original cottage in pristine condition. He wants other families to enjoy the same wonderful experiences he has been able to enjoy with his family over the years and built on to the home to accommodate family reunions, weddings, corporate retreats, etc. so other groups can experience these special and memorable times. Thus the name Memories was decided on for the house.

We offer you the most personalized 24/7 concierge service--even before you arrive--to help you with everything you need, from arranging meals to be cooked in the villa, to tours, must-see spots, restaurant and activity recommendations and more.
